Fantastic experience: I purchased a Nordic Track Treadmill from Rob 3 years ago. I was having issues with the console lately and Rob took care of it right away. His service and communication was beyond excellent. He treated me like a valued customer and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience with the repair. Fantastic experience: I ordered a power lifting rack and an air bike from Rob. Excellent price, prompt response and valuable insight. My airbike came with a defective speed sensor and Rob quickly got a hold of the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement part at no cost. Great service! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for affordable fitness equipments, this is a really great place to shop - they have competitive prices and huge selection of item. I was a bit skeptical at first about placing an order with them since there are very few reviews and PayPal wasn't available as a method of payment. Anyhow, based on the few reviews I've read (which were all positive) I still went ahead and placed an order and was pleased. The support and delivery is top-notch! Everything went smoothly. Also kudos for the shipping, they ship from Vancouver, BC. I live in Ottawa and to my surprise I received my order in less than a week - which is fantastic. Regarding the shipping I must admit that I was a bit anxious since they use Canpar and the reviews about Canpar aren't too stellar (but that's another story) --- Fitness Superstore.ca on their side has done a great job at delivering on time!

Fantastic experience: I had a difficult time trying to find reasonably priced work out equipment in Canada, especially with the shipping rates. Rob was hands down the best to deal with, and offered me a great deal on a leg press for my home gym. Shipping was very reasonable, and the shipment was received in less then a week.
