Fantastic experience: We hosted my daughter's birthday at Evoke and the staff did a great job! They were lovely and the kids had a blast. All we had to do was bring the treat bags - totally stress free. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We hosted my daughters Birthday party here in early March 2023 and the staff did a phenomenal job! They were very responsive via email, providing information and confirming all of the details were in place. When we arrived we were welcomed into a beautifully decorated space that our daughter loved. They led the girls in an acro dance class, provided plenty of food and snacks (including pizza, cake pops and fruit/veggies) and finished off the party with some gymnastics and free play. The girls were tired and very happy, and I was able to relax the whole time. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Kristy and amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: Locally owned small gym. Excellent trainers. Has numerous activities geared to all ages. Yoga, Bootcamp, child minding, different summers camps for young kids, core programs etc. Owner is accessible and cares about her staff and clients. Zoom is also available for those who prefer to do exercises in the comfort of their home. All in all, and excellent, locally owned gym with exceptional trainers and staff who care about the clients.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at ABsolute Fitness for the past five years. The difference they've made to my health and fitness is immeasurable. The knowledge, dedication and imagination of their personal trainers has kept me motivated for over half a decade. I'm capable of so much more now than I was when I first started at this gym, when I couldn't even do a push-up! The free weights available at ABsolute Fitness rivals anything that you'll find at bigger gyms.

Fantastic experience: I am in my third year with ABsolute Fitness and personal training and I wouldn't be any where else!!! Great atmosphere, new upgraded equipment, friendly, familiar faces and amazing personal trainers!! I began my fitness journey with no knowledge about lifting weights or training. Since joining I have learned to lift weights safely, eat a healthy diet, and I competed in 2013 winning 3rd place in Masters and 4th in Open Category. Thank you ABsolute and Liliana for helping me not only reach, but maintain, my health goals!!! xo

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere here at the gym. Everybody is extremely friendly and you can't got through one workout without having at least a 5 minute conversation with a neighbour or town friend. The staff and trainers are very friendly and full of knowledgeable advice. The classes offered are great and test your limits. Overall, it is a great gym to workout at!

Fantastic experience: I have been at Absolute Fitness for 4 years and all of my Personal Trainers have been great! They have helped me reach my goals of losing weight and fitness. My current trainer Lilliana has such a sweet fun loving personality but she knows how to push me hard to reach my goals. Going to the Gym has become a fun experience and when I am unable to go I miss it.

Fantastic experience: While I usually spend a few minutes questioning my life decisions and wishing I could put an end to the pain of exercising with Nicola, I must admit that she and P-Fit have had the biggest impact on my wellbeing, ever. Feeling healthier and stronger than ever before and it’s only been 3 months. A big thanks to Kristy and Nicola for helping us get started and motivating us to keep going!

Fantastic experience: This gym has been a game-changer for me. I have always enjoyed being fit and active but always struggled to stay committed to my fitness regime because I couldn’t find an environment that supported it. That all changed when I walked through the Personally Fit doors about 6 years ago. The staff are incredibly supportive, there are no pushy sales tactics and they are a whole lot of fun! Other than vacations, I haven’t missed a week in 6 years. In fact, I was still still working out at the gym the day I gave birth to my daughter! That’s how much I love it there.

Fantastic experience: Long ago I swore off gym memberships and made my own gym at home. After some redecorating this winter it became too small for me to do the exercises I wanted to do and I reached out to a friend about gym options. I came in for a free trial week and fell in love!! I've never felt more supported in a gym! I love both the classes and equipment equally. I feel comfortable to join in with the groups or do my own thing and the staff are amazing! After caring for my elderly parents the last year and losing myself, it's been nice to refocus on MY health for a change. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: Simply the best. A friendly, comfortable, and encouraging place to work out, take a class, do yoga, you name it. Great child care and cool kids programs too. They really remove any obstacles to getting your work out done every day. Even the change rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities. Plenty of parking too! (Brian Fisch)

Fantastic experience: Honestly very shocked at the quality of this gym. No matter what your fitness goals are this place has the tools you need and an extremely friendly staff to go with it. Not only do they have all the machines you'd expect plus hammerstrength, great freeweight section with all the essentials for bench, squat and deadlifts. Smith machines are available if needed. There's even more! A whole room dedicated to boxing/MMA as well as an array of classes for just about everyone. On top of all that they have hair dryers on site and will even provide you with a razor and shaving cream plus loads more. Makes you feel right at home. Oh and fresh coffee at the door!
