Le centre d’entraînement CrossFit Les Coteaux est né d’un amour pour la science de l’activité physique. On désire amener la population à découvrir les bienfaits d’être actif physiquement, incluant le plaisir, tout au long de la vie dans un cadre d’interventions sécuritaires et professionnelles, appuyées sur des compétences reconnues. Nous valorisons donc un entraînement fonctionnel selon les capacités de chacun. Bouger avec nous n’aura jamais été aussi sécuritaire, motivant et enrichissant !

Fantastic experience: Bel accueil des propriétaires David et Audrey, l'équipe nous met à l'aise dès le départ. Ambiance chaleureuse, entraînement bien encadré et respectueux selon notre niveau et condition physique. À ce jour j'ai eu la chance de faire des cours avec David, Mathilde, Yan et Maxime, et je suis très satisfait, équipe dynamique et motivante! Belle expérience, je recommande!!
