Fantastic experience: 9 Round in Leduc has transformed me physically and mentally. I used to go to the LRC for my same "lazy" workout of 45 mins on the elliptical followed by a few pushups or situps. I'd get there, headphones would go in, and I'd crank out a workout. What's made the difference are the people: the trainers and the other people you get to know. It's like a family. Only better because there are no awkward holiday conversations about what you're making of your life...just happiness to see you and encouragement. Now I do 30 minutes here and I get a better workout with better results in less time. AND I find the interaction and encouragement from the trainers has had an unexpected and really positive impact on my mental health. I look forward to going every day and it's shaped my lifestyle. It's not just an add-on to my life. I seriously highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: When you walk in you hear the music and know it's going to be a great workout. The trainers and all the other 9 rounders are friendly and are full of motivation. I have never worked myself at the gym as hard as I have been worked on my "intro" workout, I love it and recommend you to try even if you are just curious. They are able to accommodate my knees after having surgery on both and still get a killer workout :)

Fantastic experience: I love the diversity of the daily routines and the feeling of 'how are they going to kick my butt today' as im coming up the stairs. I love that the trainers are there to push you but are also respectful of everyones skill and comfort levels at the same time. I love that it's loud and the atmosphere is friendly and motivating! It can get really hot in the space, so extra ventilation would be great at times, but then again a little sweat never hurt anyone! Sherri needs to quit her day job and start singing, Julia and Richelle are the perfect combination of happy motivation, Joel has a kind of comedic motivation that makes you laugh at how lame you feel and yet makes you realize you actually kick ass and Sam is always smiling and never forgets a name. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The convenience of starting the time that works best for me, the variety of exercises that changes daily, and the motivation I receive from the trainer's. It is a very positive and encouraging environment, and that makes my daily decision to work out much easier.

Fantastic experience: I am a member at another 9 round. I love my 9 round work outs! Went to this location today as I was in Leduc waiting for a while and thought I'd check them out and squeeze in a workout while I waited. They were really welcoming and worked me hard! I learnt a couple new skills and I am pretty sure walking is going to be an issue tomorrow! (That's not a bad thing, hahahaha!) Total double thumbs up to the upbeat vibe and push the trainers gave me to get the most out of the session! Thanks a million!

Fantastic experience: Seriously this place is like no other!! I was lucky enough to stumble across their contest and I won a free week. My first day was yesterday and before I even stepped foot on the floor I was in love. Work couldn't end fast enough today so I could get there. Sam is amazing, he really knows how to make you feel like you're apart of a team and family (as do all the other trainers I have had the pleasure to meet or work with) from the moment you walk in. The trainers are exceptional! So up beat and encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is, you will not feel unwelcome or out of place. The atmosphere is incredible. I am blessed to have stubbed upon that contest and I am so excited to be apart of the 9Round family. Thank you so much Sam, for walking me through yesterday and thanks to the amazing ladies today! But they follow each members progress, and do regular check ins and hold each member accountable in a positive and encouraging way. I've been a member of other fitness clubs and never have I felt as welcomed and individualized.

They push you to get the most out of your workout, but they make sure you don't push yourself too hard. The atmosphere, the trainers and the members became a a big family who include everybody from day 1 and make you want to come back. Fantastic experience: 9 Round has changed how I work out. I always got bored at other gyms and would stop going. I have been going to 9 Round for 6 months now and I love it :) the trainers are amazing and they want you to succeed, they are always there to help you out. I actually am seeing the results I am wanting from their 30 min works outs. What I love most is that everyday the work outs are different so I never get bored. 30 min I can't believe how much I sweat which tells me I am working out my hardest which I wouldn't of gotten at any other gym.

Fantastic experience: A workout that truly is accessible for all fitness levels & a staff and environment that is welcoming! I went to my very first trial workout (free for everyone) expecting to hate it and being surprised by the end that I LOVED it. I signed up that day and began my journey to a more fit me. Eight months later I consistently knock out at least three workouts a week, sometimes going all six days and even occasionally going more than once a day. I've come to love 'sweat therapy' & the strength and endurance my body has gained from the combination of cardio and resistance training. The 30 minutes fly by and that's only 2% of your day! Everyone needs to try it at least once, you'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: 9Round is the BOMB!!! The best 30 minute work out you will ever have with the help of a trainer pushing you to your limits. I enjoy having someone by my side to push me and not quite, which I tend to do a lot. Also, all the trainers are THE BEST! They are super friendly, hilarious and awesome to talk to. YOU DA BEST

Fantastic experience: I LOVE 9ROUND! For the last year I have been an avid gym go-er but I still struggled with getting my cardio in. Trying to raise my heart rate for a prolonged period of time was boring and unsatisfying until I found 9round! It is a 30 minute workout and it gets my heart rate pumping!! You are always greeted with a huge hello and the staff take the time to talk to you and get to know you. Its like a big extended family. The workout is incredible, I've never sweat so much in my life! I love how they can adapt any round to fit each persons individual needs and offer advice & challenge you when they know you have more to give. 9Round is one of the funnest workouts I've ever done, its always changing and always challenging me. It is one of the best 30 minutes of my day! Give it a try, I promise you won't regret it.
