Fantastic experience: I cannot speak more highly about Jenetix. Before I moved to Kingston, I went to a small boutique style gym in Toronto that was female-owned, super empowering, and full of kind people. I never thought I'd find something like this in Kingston... I was wrong!! Jenetix brings all of those qualities to the table and more. Jenny and her instructors are endlessly positive and create a safe and inclusive gym environment. I LOVE it there. Always a great work-out.

Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of trouble committing to a fitness studio, oftentimes because I feel really intimidated going in. I would say the fitness instructors here do an amazing job of creating a judgement free zone. I like the package of 10 classes because it's reasonably priced and allows me the flexibility to come in whenever I want. The fitness classes really appeal to all levels and make the workouts fun and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I attend the parent and baby fitness classes with my one year old and I can’t say enough good things! Jenny provides a positive, supportive, nonjudgmental and welcoming environment while ensuring everyone gets a great workout. She is knowledgeable, kind and energetic - everything you want in a fitness instructor/gym owner! I highly recommend trying out a class - the first one is free so you have nothing to lose (except maybe some weight! ).

Fantastic experience: If you haven’t checked out Jenny’s Fitness studio you should. I was referred by a current member and I am very grateful . I was seeking a causal atmosphere with a good mix of different types of classes where there was no intimidation of anyones level of fitness . It was important for me to have skilled, companionate and friendly instructors . Being new to the kingston area I had hoped I would meet some new people, socialize and have some good laughs at the same time . Jenetix has delivered it all !
