Fantastic experience: Love this friendly gym, everyone is welcome and encouraged. Fantastic very professional instructors. The level of commitment of Steph to her members during the Pandemic has been amazing, providing a wide array of online classes and spin bike rentals. Having this service has certainly helped me keep my sanity during this crazy time.

Fantastic experience: I just attended first class at reset body. I have been working out at home since Covid hit but was really missing group exercise. I needed to find a facility that would relieve my covid concerns. Reset body facility very clean class was great. I joined on the spot.

Fantastic experience: My 9 year old daughter has been attending the youth classes at Reset Body this fall and she really looks forward to going every week. She loves the positive atmosphere and the fact that each class is different and challenging. I am confident that she is building a solid foundation that will serve her well in the years to come.

Positive experience: Have been a member since January of 2020 and love it. There are a great variety of classes and the instructors encourage success. Stephanie, the owner, knows her members by name and makes you feel important. Love the virtual classes and they work well. Only thing missing is shower facilities, would make this gym a 6.

Fantastic experience: This new fitness facility is exactly what I needed. The instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. The classes are challenging and fun. Stephanie (the owner) is so welcoming. She has even convinced me to try several classes that I was resistant to and all I can say is that I am still attending them so well done Steph.

Fantastic experience: After a decade with one of the big chain gyms, I am very happy I made the switch to this boutique gym. New, bright, and friendly, with a great selection of classes. The instructors are great, and owner Stephanie is knowledgeable and friendly. If you want classes and a positive community feel, this might be the gym you've been looking for.

Positive experience: Great gym offering lots of different classes with really great instructors. I do wish however they offered more class variety in the evenings as, I personally, work 9-5 and am unable to join any classes until 5:30pm and on.

This is a small, intimate style of fitness studio; has a great variety of challenging classes and knowledgeable, friendly instructors. The owner, Stephanie, is very accommodating, particularly during this time when classes couldn't be conducted in person, by bring the classes to us virtually. If this is what you're looking for, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Fantastic experience: If I was able to give more than a 5 I would! This is the best gym I have ever been too. The trainers know what they are doing and you can see how much they love what they do! The participants, I've met so many amazing people, even with virtual classes, we find time to laugh and have a lot of fun while having a great workout. Thank you Reset Body for everything!
