Fantastic experience: Gold standard for a gym. Only wish they had a location closer to me as I’ve moved. Great community and excellent programming. 10/10 I was completely new to this style of working out, but from the first day the team takes an interest in you and helps you, without making you feel like a moron haha. I really appreciate what one of the coaches said early on, “everyone has a first day” Everyone is new at one point. If you’re thinking about it, just do it, and this is the place that will actually help you get healthy and fit, not just take your money and fake it. Thanks Bodyshop

Negative experience: False advertising. The website offers a free intro but there is nothing free about it! They deceive the customer by being vague and insinuating that there is a free trial but THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL. AFTER providing my email address and phone number, it is revealed that the "free intro" is a 20 min conversation. This has cost me my phone number and email address which most business pay for. Now I'm getting texts from this unethical gym. Shame on you! UPDATE. I didn't "felt mislead" I WAS mislead. You conceal the details until you acquire personal data. As for unsubscribing, I never subscribed to anything so don't email me, don't contact me.

Fantastic experience: I joined in search of a community that could help me stay strong and injury free into my 60’s and beyond. It’s been a month, and I feel positive changes, physically and Mentally. One regret though, is that I didn’t start earlier. Bring back my girl Jess!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Kelowna and looked into many different gyms in order to keep fit at 50. After meeting with Brad, the owner of Body Shop, I was really impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. I also loved the idea of joining a community of like minded individuals who push each other to work harder. I decided I didn’t want any more solo work outs in the gym with air pods on. I also wanted to be held accountable for getting to class with no excuses. I took the leap of faith and decided to join this great community. Izzy was my trainer that got me up to speed on all the proper techniques in order to avoid injury. This in itself is so important because at ANY age we want to avoid them at all costs. Izzy is such a knowledgeable and motivated trainer, he always put a smile on my face! I feel so grateful to have found this amazing group who push and guide you to do better. I would highly recommend The Body Shop Fitness to anyone at any age, it has been a fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience: After hearing about this space from my husband, I finally got the opportunity to try it out! First of all, the CLEANLINESS of the facility is second to none. They are diligent about making sure everyone cleans any equipment used and I couldn't find a single dust bunny if I tried - this is a big deal when you're on the floor doing burpees. But most importantly, the coaches care so much that your form and technique is perfect before they set you free to work out. I've worked in and been to a LOT of fitness facilities, and this one takes the cake. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I have just arrived to the area and Brad and the team at Bodyshop have been so welcoming. My introduction to training at Bodyshop was a series of personal training sessions with the owner Brad who made sure I was familiar with the different moves and ensured my technique was correct. I have now been joining the classes and love the encouragement and energy from the members. The gym has a huge amount of space and is very neat and tidy at all times. All the equipment has it's place which makes it easy as a new member to locate everything. There is an emphasis on everything being kept clean and maintained. I would recommend Bodyshop to anyone who enjoys a group training atmosphere and motivating trainers.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! All of the coaches here are friendly, super knowledgeable, and fun! I have been dropping in whenever I visit Kelowna and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a CrossFit style workout. The facility is beautiful and so clean! The members I have met here are welcoming and helpful. Getting a well programmed workout and having a laugh at this gym is always one of my highlights of visiting Kelowna! Thank you Bodyshop

Fantastic experience: As a new member, it is always a little intimidating to experience those first few sessions. I found the trainers to be supportive and helpful throughout the classes. Fellow members have all been friendly and encouraging as well. The classes definitely push you but in a safe and instructive environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new challenge.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, bear with me as I profess my love and gratitude to this amazing, local and family owned institution. First let me explain why I called it an institution. In this incredible and sometimes ruthless free market society we live in, opening a business and then keeping it open for over a decade is an accomplishment in itself. Add the fact that this is a gym, and the fitness industry is one of the toughest sectors, they were hit hard during this pandemic, and yet here they are still serving their community. This is why I call it an institution. You do not weather storms as a business like Bodyshop has simply on your smarts and acumen, its deeper than that, it is because of the connections they made with their clients, the lives they have elevated through coaching, it is because of the community, the village of members they have created. I know it is not clear yet, but I am big fan of these four walls and the souls that pass through it daily. Fitness is a pretty big part of my life, besides the obvious physical health benefits, it mainly helps me fight my inner battles, it helps me keep my mind healthy and my eyes focused on my purpose. So when I moved to Kelowna in September, finding the right gym was on top of the list, I researched, signed up for classes, tried different things, but from day 1 Bodyshop stood out. From the one on one I had with coach Brad, up to the personal training sessions I took prior to jumping into classes, you couldn't help but feel that these people don't just care about what they do, but they also love what they do and the people they do it for (and I am not easy to love, just ask Big Shot when you join). Finding this great community was exactly what I was hoping for when I left California last summer, humans from all walks of life, fitness levels, ages getting together doing their best day in and day out while Brad, Marely, Nick, Jess and Brad (another one!) guide us through this beautiful and often sweaty process. I will leave you with this, one of my favorite quotes: "It takes many hours to make what you want to make. The hours don't suddenly appear. You have to steal them from comfort" Derek Sivers. Bodyshop is the perfect spot to chip away at your comfort zone and become a better and stronger version of yourself. Come and try it out for yourselves... Carpe Diem folks!

The space is huge, the equipment is well kept and organized, the coaches are friendly and helpful and the community feel is very welcoming. Thank you for an awesome 2 days....even though day 1 was Murph haha. I appreciate the welcoming community you have and have built, it was awesome to see. Can’t wait to come back to this place while vacationing.

I have been learning and working out now with my fantastic trainer (TROY!!) for just under a month and I can SEE results already! I am 50 - it's just never too late!
