Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym!! The equipment is next level, energy and atmosphere is unmatched and I truly appreciate the time and effort put in by the owners who are constantly levelling up the experience for us. I just know the new location is going to be INSANE

Fantastic experience: I've trained at many gyms over the past 12 years and this is by far the best one. The equipment is top notch and atmosphere is amazing! I can't wait for the new location to open because no other gym in the area even comes close.

Negative experience: Two different names, two closures because the owners put more effort into being influencers than legitimate business owners. You can move and give it another name it's still going to fail unless you check your ego's. They are clearly either paying or convincing people to leave positive reviews as of late seeing as they've been closed without warning for months.

Negative experience: Gym is closed, closed before they updated here or sent an email. Say they can not refund us, and they will tack our payments onto the end of our commitment. Umm? You are not open, and how are you furfilling your end of the agreement. Sketchy situation. Odd that there are recent 5 star reviews since it has been closed at least since July 25... see photos from other reviews.

Negative experience: Terrible gym. Would not suggest getting a long term membership here. Read the countless negative reviews about the way the facility is ran and how the owners manage their business. I feel for the members who are the innocent bystanders in that situation. The owners have zero professionalism and lack the knowledge to run and brick and motor business. Stick to online coaching boys.

Positive experience: Awesome gym, super clean and great equipment, good atmosphere

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Canada. The owners constantly upgrade the gym. The energy in the gym is unmatched. I’ve traveled the world and I’m always disappointed when I travel to other gyms because they never feel so happy and welcoming. Also the music is always fire so when I forget my headphones it doesn’t matter. So thankful for this gym and the community it created.

Negative experience: I was told I’d get a refund for a group personal training with my friend because he backed out last minute and I never did. $150 taken for nothing. I took a 6 month leave from the gym so put my membership on hold to come back and be charged $300?! Very unfortunate. Id like things to be made right

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym and great crowd of people here. Lots of programs going on, definitely has something for everyone and their boxing program has to be one of the best programs hands down, (or hands up as coach Amber would say). I've made an awesome group of friends here and learned so much. Worth crossing the bridge for.

Negative experience: Gym has been closed (landlord changed the locks and locked them out) since July 25, 2024 due to a dispute between landlord and gym owner tenant as mentioned in Facebook. We are being told that we have to wait for them to re-open to a new location in order to obtain a refund since their GymMaster software doesn't allow refunds. I guess they never heard of Interac and PayPal payments for refunding and they don't know how to make accounting adjustments for refunds in their gym software so I have disputed my July monthly charge with my credit card and my gym membership was subsequently cancelled in their GymMaster system.

Fantastic experience: Aesthetic Fitness is a fantastic gym! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The gym is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant workout environment. They have a great selection of equipment, catering to all types of workouts. One of the best features is that they're open 24 hours, so I can work out whenever it fits my schedule. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I entered a contest just for kicks, and now they are using my information to contact me outside of the contest, repeated calls, some without voicemail. I will not be accepting a reward, if there is even a contest. Now calling and saying I won, when they texted not too long ago saying the draw won’t be for a while. More lies

Fantastic experience: Just dropped by for a workout. The equipment here is beyond quality. They just put some heavy bags up as well and as a full time boxer gotta say they feel pretty spectacular excited to see what else is coming down the pipeline here. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Sweet gym one of the only gyms where people aren’t staring at you all the time so that’s nice and they have the best equipment in Kelowna and west Kelowna so I would definitely get a membership here if u dont already. Also competitive prices not overpriced at all

Negative experience: Was going to check out this place , but once I found out they were the guys (politically correct term) going against all the Covid mandates while all the other businesses in town were abiding by them I backed out. Unfortunately, rules are the rules in tough times, doesn't make these characters any different. Beware of "The Free Draw"

Negative experience: Pretty disappointing. I had a membership expired a few months ago. They tried to charge me a reinitialization fee (over $100) then they wanted to charge me for a new fob even though I already had one and then they wanted to charge me $1000 for the membership if I paid in full.. I guess charging me for something that I already have, and penalizing me for renewing my membership is how they roll. They said it’s because they need to buy new equipment.

Negative experience: Gym has gone down hill drastically fast. Floors are always dirty plates all over equipment not organized. Also good luck trying to go in the morning or around 5 there’s next to no parking.usually end up having to park way down the road.sad to see what used to be the best gym in Kelowna go down so fast.

Negative experience: Genuinely surprised, this gym used to be one of the cleanest, great staff, great atmosphere. Over the last year its unfortunately progressively lost its spark, and the cleanliness isn’t the same, it’s had its days like any place, however in the last few months it’s been progressively worse and this is just gross, both bathrooms covered in dust as if someone hasn’t cleaned it for a while which normally isn’t the case, the floors as well, a wonder woman used to clean these bathrooms everyday, I don’t know if she is still here - wow. thankfully the middle stall was better, where is the hand soap bottles? For 76$ a month for a gym membership the quality as gone from a 5 stars to 1 which is really sad. Sure it’s high end, but it’s not taken care of. New staff don’t put the same love and effort the old staff did. For claiming to be the “best” gym in Canada the standards are looking the “lowest”. Hopefully things change and get better.

Negative experience: I was so exited to join this gym. When I first joined they had selection of cardio machines. They took those away and left no selection for cardio machines. The only cardio machines that even work properly is probably treadmill. Rest are old and don’t work properly. I may cancel and join else where if they don’t bring new cardio machines In.

Negative experience: Nice set up but management is horrendous to speak with as well the membership plans are ridiculous to get out of!! BUYER BEWARE I would highly not recommend this gym if you’re in the Kelowna area. Uncomfortable environment and very unprofessional.

Positive experience: I came and checked out this gym from Abbotsford because I was visiting and it was an amazing gym from top to bottom, definitely felt like lifting heavy in there with the vibe setup inside, (black walls, artwork, overall design etc.) I absolutely loved it and the shanked very tasty and well priced! The one and only thing that I do not like was that every area to do pull up had these two extra long handle poking out like demon horns. I couldn’t do muscle ups there and I think that out of all the squat racks they have, there should’ve been at least one without the long handles or even a straight bar. Other than that, it was a great place and will definitely revisit! Thank you Iron Energy Gym! I honestly give a 4.9/5 but hopefully it changes when I come back to visit!

Fantastic experience: Throughout my fitness journey I have been to a fair number of gyms but never have I experienced such a community with the most positive attitudes ever. Nice equipment great tunes in the morning and the head trainer (Coach Ryan) is next level awesome! My wife and I train together and there isn't a better place to do it. I recommend this gym to everyone and will remain a member for a long time to come! Thank you Iron Energy for being here for all of us!

Fantastic experience: Been to many gyms and this is first class. Starting to work out after a couple years and this was an excellent surprise. Dedicated staff, top-notch equipment as well as the cleanliness factor easily give this facility a 5 star rating. I'm just sad I only had a week before my big move away. Best gym in West K hands down.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been wanting to try this place ever since I heard about them during the covid wars. 10/10 did not disappoint. Great beats, great equipment, and a nice clean gym! I wanted to buy punch passes but they told me there were free drop ins for the entire month of September. They could’ve easily sold me the punch passes without me ever finding out about the free drop ins. I’ll be coming back every time I’m in Kelowna and will let them take my money at some point!

Fantastic experience: Great workout environment and friendly people all around. Being here has helped us in so many ways, having the proper machines and work out routines has been amazing. Not to mention the option to sign up with a personal trainer or online classes! We currently train with coach Ryan, he goes above and beyond for his clients and pays attention to what is needed within the workouts as well as helping when certain pains arise. If you haven't checked out iron energy yet you should. One of the best places my husband and I have ever been to for working out. Thank you for all the support when we are there, we will continue to show up and be a part of a healthier lifestyle, it helps in so many ways! You will be surprised at how much better you feel overall!

Fantastic experience: I was met with absolutely amazing service at this gym. All of the gym employees are extremely respectful and very inviting. Some of the best equipment I’ve ever used and the gym is kept very clean. I would absolutely recommend anyone getting into lifting to give this gym a try. Trust me no other gym will ever be the same after you hit one workout here. Most importantly, the gym is kept very organized and it’s extremely easy to navigate. All around best gym in the okanogan.

Negative experience: The owners continue to prove that separating people from there money is all that matters. They have never cared about helping others, only themselves. Why people are cheering for frauds and scammers ignoring a health code violation is beyond me.

Negative experience: Bloody brilliant! You managed to get your gym shut down at a time when businesses are coming out of restrictions and open up. You may need a new psychic among other things.....

Negative experience: Another rogue business in Kelowna that needs to be shutdown due to their arrogance and ignorance. Shame on you for putting our community at risk with just a handful of meatheads. Not only do you selfishly only care about yourselves but do not realize you have p@ssed off many hardworking healthcare workers - only the largest employer in the Okanagan! Keep it up and you won’t have anything left to run.

Negative experience: I left this gym because even when they were supposedly “following” provincial health orders, they weren’t. Their staff was never wearing mask and they did not enforce wearing masks with their patrons. They did not clean the equipment regularly and did not enforce patron to clean equipment they’ve used.

Negative experience: Poor cleaning and sanitation procedures, unfriendly and aggressive staff…not much to like about this place. I’m also curious what part of our Constitution states that businesses are allowed to do things which endanger the lives of citizens.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, I really love everything IE is standing for and the movement they have created. Although, Membership is too expensive and not long enough hours, would be nice to be able to drop in a little later. Always clean and nice equipment though. Thanks IE for everything you’re doing right now!

Negative experience: The only real mental health in play from not closing due to public health orders is from the owners worrying about losing money. Last I checked, Iron Energy is not owned by a bunch of doctors that are experts in the field of immunology. If they were, they would care more about preventing an extremely contagious virus from spreading, attacking the elderly and the immunocompromised population and further straining the healthcare system then this publicity stunt. Their "1350 members" do not take precedence over the entire population that is at risk. Fitness is really important for mental health, but you don't need a gym to exercise. A lot of other fitness centers are finding ways to connect with their membership during closures proving that they care about their members ... haven't seen any of that here.

Fantastic experience: The owners of Iron take the extra step to make sure their customers are happy and healthy. It takes alot of courage to stand up and fight for what is right when its not the easiest! I 100% recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with a variety of new equipment and inspiring wall art. Always clean, tidy and organized thanks to amazing staff like Alysha, Haylee and Tyson. Iron Energy Gym is extremely lucky to have them because of how they consistently spread positivity, great energy and a professional attitude. Very difficult to find amazing people like them. cons: -wish there was an extra flat bench press! -wish with a year contract I could have a “bring a buddy pass” added like other gyms. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone reading.

Fantastic experience: This is probably one of the best outfitted gyms I have ever been to. Equipment is in great shape and clean. Lots of space to work out in and equipment to use. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Prices were fair and lowest in the city compared to other gyms that I checked out. They also carry some really great energy snacks and protein powders. Great place to work out in. Just to update...they rearranged the space. I find it more open and designed much better. Still the best place to work out in West Kelowna.
