Fantastic experience: Was in town for a few days and was trying to find a gym when I found kettle valley. It was Labour Day and no one was working, yet a young man was able to assist me in getting a drop in. Certainly would come again. Clean gym with many machines.

Fantastic experience: Kettle valley is by far the best gym I’ve been too. It’s quiet, clean and never busy and always a great time when working out with friends.

Fantastic experience: If you ever watched that movie dodgeball, there were two gyms, the small, friendly gym, full of people who support each other open all the time with a great environment, friendly owners and a nonjudgmental great atmosphere. That's kettle Valley Gym. There are Globogyms all over Kelowna if that's your bag. I'm in the process of moving and I will be closer to a different gym, but I will still drive up here.

Fantastic experience: I can't stress enough how awesome Kettle Valley Fitness is if you live in the area. If you're into strength training and want a place that's open round the clock with a fantastic community, this is the spot!

Fantastic experience: Such a nice setup and everything that's needed. The equipment is clean, the weights are stacked properly and there's even tons of fans. Pumped to be training here, should have been coming here years ago. Also Kristian is the man. Really polite, kind and easy to talk to.

Negative experience: Don't go here for a drop in. If you do, make sure you check their staffed hours as there are large gaps, mid day, unstaffed. 1st attempt, tried to go during the week not realizing 11am was too late for staffed hours. 2nd attempt, went during the listed staffed hours and no one answered the door for 10min of me standing there ringing the bell. Unrelated (to my experience) note, they don't update their website staffed hours as the window sign stated different hours. If you can't find it, the location is down these stairs in the alley by the pub. Unless you are -in- the alley, there isn't much for signage.

Kettle Valley Fitness was exactly it! It allows long hour access all year around with the ease of the fob entry. Fantastic experience: Wow! What an incredible gym tucked away in the heart of kettle valley. The facility is well maintained and cleaned, with all sorts of equipment available to ensure you have a great workout. The new management has really kicked this place up by a factor of 10, and it's continually improving. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a gym with a great atmosphere in their neighborhood. It's got everything you need to attain your fitness goals!
