Fantastic experience: This gym has the friendliest staff ever!! Bre and her crew work hard to keep the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming. I would recommend this gym to any women who wants a clean, friendly and welcoming workout environment. Love it!

Fantastic experience: Switched to planet women after going to planet fitness, and I am very happy that I did! The gym is always clean and tidy, and the 24/7 access makes it easy to get to the gym when you have a busy schedule! Memberships prices work great for a student on a budget!

Fantastic experience: Incredible selection of fitness machines and also barbells and free weights. The great thing about this location is the 24 hour option, there are other places with 24 hours but this a 24 hour place with excellent weight selection. The key fob for after hours does cost money, but it would work out well with the prices of the membership. Cancelation fees are also taken off after a while, so there isn't a need to be frightened about the fees if you attend for a few months anyway. There is not a lot of entertainment here, but there is music. I would reccomend bringing your own ear buds and music and you can just zone out and have good work out. There are barbells here in conjunction with a Smith machine. The weights do not go too high, but it is easily sufficient for beginners or those who are interested in getting fit without getting ripped into a muscle bound beast. The staff is very friendly and the place is quite welcoming. The prices are extremely reasonable in comparison to other places in Kamloops.

One of my favorite features is the ability to come and workout any time of day. I very much recommend coming here for your workouts, it's also affordable!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years I think? And in that time I have struggled a lot and succeeded in losing weight! I'm down almost 100 pounds since starting there! The staff is super friendly! It's like a free counseling session sometimes they have literally everything you would need whether you're a beginner or advanced in the gym!

Negative experience: They don't have showers, it is also very small in there. The customer service is not the best as no one ever picks up the phone so if you have issues with billing you literally have to drive down there. Not worth the money.

Positive experience: Super friendly staff and a super organised space. Always clean. The space is a little small but so far that has never negatively affected my workout. The only thing that would make it better would be if they had showers.

Positive experience: This is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Went at 5pm and it wasn’t busy at all, first workout was free. Not a big gym but has everything you need.
