Positive experience: Overall, this gym has every thing you need for a solid workout between the free weights, squat racks and various weight machines... how ever- the cardio equipment is by far some of the worst I've ever used. Not a single treadmill in there that you can confidently run/ jog on without having the belt skip, or catch or make loud angry noises. The stairs mills are also, old, and sketchy. Do not feel like the cardio equipment is safe, nor that compliants bout it are actually taken seriously. If you do not need any high intensity cardio equipment in your regime then this gym is fine.

Positive experience: Gym is good. 24 hours is perfect for all schedules. Equipment could use some upgrading and the music could definitely be better but all in all a decent gym.

Negative experience: Gym is great since it close to my house but it needs some upgrading for gym equipment. Like the treadmills make so much noise when running on them and same with the elliptical.

Fantastic experience: I just transferred for the Valleyview location which was also fantastic. However, this one has a lot more equipment that is more up to date with A LOT more space. From what I've been able to view, its not overly busy for the most part either. So you can easily distance yourself. Staff are also super friendly!

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym when the first opened in Brock. Great staff, always clean good variety of weights and machines. Truly 24/7 without interruption.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym since 2015 and wouldn’t change it for anything! Love having the option to be able to go in when ever I want! Late or early!

Fantastic experience: My first time going to the gym in a very long time, Being a plus size girl it can be scary but the staff were very accommodating and kind while I giggled my way into a workout! I felt safe and relaxed being there, at a gym I’d never thought I’d feel at home but I’ll definitely be coming back with some goals!!!✨

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a few months ago and I'm loving it so far! They have a great selection of equipment and the staff are so friendly and helpful! I love how they're open 24 hours, 7 days a week too - it makes it convenient for all work schedules! I totally recommend this gym!

Positive experience: The best gym I've been to! Great variety of machines to use, lots of free weights and very welcoming community of staff and women! I never feel watched or judged while I workout, and it's great to be supported by so many loving women from all walks of life!

Fantastic experience: Plenty of different kinds of equipment available and very spacious layout. Good prices. It's pretty clean - even the change room is comfortably clean. It's nice and bright with all of the big windows, but nobody sees you because it's on the second floor. I've never seen any idiots clanking the weights around, unless it's just an accident. And, you don't hear a bunch of grunting or see people spitting,which is really cool. The location isn't that great, unless you live in Brock.

Fantastic experience: I recently discovered this gym and am so pleased that I did! Staff are welcoming and so friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. I’m always a little nervous to try a new gym, but at Planet Woman it’s a safe space with zero judgement. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! I have never been one to work out and always felt that everyone was being critical when i did try, but Planet Woman never made me feel anything but encouragment! I have been a member since the brock location opened and have made steady progress and never felt what I was doing was wrong or not good enough. I have had nothing but positive reinforcement and words of "you got this" from all the staff. Yes there are gyms that have lower fees but when you look at the staff and convenient 24 hours acess Planet woman cannot be beat in my opinion.
