Negative experience: This gym consistently closes earlier than the posted hours, which is very frustrating. I have noticed this issue multiple times . If the official closing time is 8pm and 6pm then the doors should not close before that. I pay $55 per month, and I expect the gym to operate as advertised. Please address this issue to provide a better experience for your members

Fantastic experience: This place is great! Machine variety is great. Environment is great. There is not a whole lot of people in the gym at one time to be honest. No contract! No BS. Staff are friendly and it's 24 hours.

So easy, friendly and 24 hour access with key fob. I also noticed that it's not over crowded due to over selling memberships. Love everything about it, best gym I've being too.

I joined Heavy Metal Gym in the winter of 2022, and my only regret is not joining sooner. **Pros:** - They’re open 24/7. - The equipment is top-notch. - No judgement whatsoever. - Austin and the rest of the management team are incredibly skilled and always ready to help. They’re open to feedback and communicate constructively. **Cons:** - The weights are seriously heavy—prepare yourself!

Fantastic experience: When I first shown up at the gym I smelled the sweet smell of inspiration and motivation, I was approached by an amazing gentleman that goes by the name Austin, he greeted me warmly and made me feel like a part of the Heavy Metal Family. Each time I go lift weights here I seem to do 3x what I can do at my old gym, not to be named but they have a lunk alarm and would use it when I flexed too hard on other fitness participants. I am now close to being the same size as Ronnie Coleman or Lee Haney and I have Austin to thank soley for making me the body builder I am today.

Fantastic experience: $45 a month, no contract, no cancellation fee, 24 hours. What's not to love? Everyone I've met has been so kind and supportive. Ironically these types of gyms are the least judgmental and the most positive, in my humble experience. All are welcome.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! Very friendly, approachable, and helpful staff. Great membership rates with no sneaky automatic billing. A variety of machines, a boxing ring, and several different heavy bags. Nice clean washrooms. Overall a great nonjudgmental space.

Fantastic experience: The gym and the employees are very welcoming and motivating! Everyone who works there is genuinely interested in the dedication that their clients show. This place has weights for days and is perfect if you are new to exercise, an average gym goer or an athlete on a mission. Clothes and supplements as well, one stop shop for sure.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Key FOB at the door, no waiting to get a wristband. Lots of parking. Is the equipment older? Yes it is. I find that older equipment means you have to work harder, and isn't that the point? The floor is clean at all times, majority of other users are easy going and there for a work out and not standing around bullshitting in front of equipment. Wide range in age groups and interests. Always a place to learn something new.

Fantastic experience: Signed up about a week ago to start getting back into shape, love this place. The music keeps you amped and if that doesn't the people who go are very supportive will. All around great atmosphere.
