Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Everything I could need - weights, cardio, circuit, spin - plus classes that are so fun and at-your-own pace. There are pros and beginners - everyone doing their own thing. No pressure. The personal training is excellent and I have had so much benefit from the training and the app. It made me feel so much more confident to use the whole gym space and all the equipment!

Fantastic experience: Love how there is the locking door so only members can come into the gym. Makes for a really safe environment.

Negative experience: Terrible… kid runs around freely and so does the dog. Disruptive and dangerous

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the gym and my two kids absolutely love going to the Childminding! It can be so hard to find time for yourself physically and mentally with kids but they make it so effortless as well as something the kids look forward to too! The gym is always clean, even when going at 5 before work by the time I’m leaving they have staff there cleaning! Tons of equipment and the employees make you feel so welcomed. The owner is a fantastic local mom too! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am forever thankful that I found Ladies Only and the amazing community of women who make up that facility! The owner reached out to me after I experienced pretty harsh discrimination at another gym and immediately it felt like home. I like that this gym offers childcare services too. It’s nice that the owner gets it being a mom herself. I will be telling all my friends, well I kinda was already!

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere, clean, judgment free. I always feel very comfortable here. And they offer child minding for moms who would like to get some exercise. I've been taking my child here since he was 4 months old, and will be 2 in March, he loves it. And it gives me an hour to myself.

Fantastic experience: This gym has lots of equipment and free weights to choose from and the ladies to watch the kids during childminding hours are the sweetest! And the owner!! Shes so helpful, kind and accommodating!

Positive experience: A great place to work out and great classes offered. The instructors seem to know what they are doing. The location is ideal for people who drive. The hours are great and easy to work around since each member gets a personal fob.

Negative experience: This used to be such a great gym. However, new owner/manager has made it an unwelcoming environment. Classes abruptly altered pushing out longtime attendees. No respect or professionalism shown to members or instructors. Many new gyms to choose from, give this one a skip.

Negative experience: The new owner of the gym has absolutely no respect for the patrons that have been going there for 10 years. She swoops in and does not care about the long time members and only cares about who has been there for 2 months. She is rude and disrespectful. If I could give less that one star I would, she is slimy and uncaring towards the older members of the gym. Thanks for your reply, but I feel that you do not understand the issue. There is a significant difference between having a discussion with your members and trying to figure out something that works for everyone and abruptly changing a class schedule to maybe bring in two new members that will probably quit in 2 months ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Ladies Only Gym is the best gym I've ever been joined to! I feel so comfortable here, and have started to love working out because of my personal training plan that Delrae has me on! It's the first time in my life that I feel confident enough to use weights and machines to work out. Thank you Delrae for having such a clean, well located and personable gym!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Free parking, free WIFI and childminding! Very welcoming. Large space with great equipment. Huge assortment of free weights, machine and cardio equipment (not your average ladies gym). Childminding is amazing and you will not find a better rate. Has a good variety of classes at very accommodating times.... all included in your membership. The owner is very personable and is also a personal trainer who knows a ton about fitness!

Fantastic experience: LOVE this gym . As a person who has had passes at a couple different gyms in town , this one has such a good vibe and that alone will keep me around . Owner is friendly , and everything you really need equipment wise is in this cute little gym . The best part is that besides class times , I’ve never experienced a time when there where more than 4 other people there . On average there will be 2. Varied types of people here too , I’ve seen older ladies and younger ladies and people of all shapes .

Negative experience: I went to this gym for 8 years. I paid my membership fee every single month even in the summer months when I didn't go to the gym. I like to support small business in Kamloops. When they brought in their key fob system they charged their members a fee to pay for it, even the members who disn't want the key fob system. At the time I had just lost my job and couldn't pay the fee. When I talked to them about it and explained my situation they treated me like a stranger. After 8 years.
