Fantastic experience: Heaven! I turned up for a one off session and I felt like a fat kid in a sweet shop. There is soooo much equipment here. Staff are friendly. Didn't have to wait for anything.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have ever been too,,, Joined Body Pro recently and I have to say, they took the time to find out my personal goals and they are helping me achieve them. I am training with Jacob and he is amazing! He pushes me beyond what I ever thought I was capable of. The difference between working out with a trainer vs working out alone is night and day! John has put me on a nutrient plan and between proper eating and weight training , I am already seeing amazing results in such a short period of time. The equipment by far surpasses any other gym and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Body Pro. a serious gym for serious people!

Fantastic experience: Staff was great, gym was very clean and cleaner sanitized everything as I worked out. Wide range of equipment and had some I had never even seen before. Would recommend for serious lifters, beginners and everyone in between.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Body Pro and their staff for the excellent facility and tremendous efforts. I started training with John Cardillo April 12, 2019 and my life was revamped for the better - strengthening my mind and spirit. Today, I can stand tall with my head high and proudly say I achieved a phenomenal transformation going from 187lbs to 149lbs, that’s 38lbs in 20 weeks with a strong, slim body to boast my progress. The pride one feels when greeted with shock at the change speaks volumes. I give all credit to the Body Pro family for their endless support and persistent guidance in building the foundation for the new me. Their expertise coupled with perseverance in assisting me day after day gave me the motivation to keep going forward.

Fantastic experience: I was a personal trainer at Goodlife fitness for 8 years. After moving in to another profession, I was treated very poorly by the company and staff I was friends with. I refused to go back to Goodlife as I needed a Gym where I can train and not be bothered or watch people have group meetings around the machines. Close friends Nicole and Serge recommended that I come check out Body Pro. I was greeted by the Owner, John, Who asked my purpose. When I told him I was a fighter that just needed a place to lift and train without being bothered he completely did everything to make me feel comfortable. We went on the floor and the amount of machines there is unreal. Great place for people who are serious about taking care of their fitness, over worrying about how popular their instagram page is. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Bodypro because of a recommendation from a friend. As a seasoned lifter I was pleasantly impressed with the equipment and plethora of variations of the different machines within one category. Example..pec dec has 4 or 5 different machines with different angles in order to meet all strength curves and target different points of the muscle group. That example is repeated throughout the gym with all machines for every body part. The gym is set up very strategically per body part and also has a fantastic free weight room well equipped with free weights and machines to compliment the biceps and triceps not discounting the fact they already have an entire section in the gym solely dedicated to the bi and tris already with machines..not to mention the fact they have an entire room dedicated to Glutes, a room for Abs and also a well equipped cardio room, pool n private female area separate from the common gym area. Without a doubt hands down, this gym is surely the best gym in the city and surrounding areas for seasoned lifters, novices or anyone looking to enjoy a positive experience working out. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rewarding experience.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of diverse workout equipment, and lovely staff. Best of all, it's never crowded. If you feel like a potato and you want to change your body from the inside-out, go here and ask for John, He'll show you the way. This place changed my life. I personally train with Sarah Waddell, and she is by far the best trainer I've had. Incredibly professional, high technical skill, and most importantly, an incredible personality. I've been training with Sarah for 8 weeks now, and somehow she still pushes me beyond my limits every single time. If you want fast & effective results this is the way to do it.

Fantastic experience: This is probably the best gym there is because: 1.Way more equipments than any other gym and all of the equipments are high quality. 2. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. 3. You will never have to wait in line like other gyms to use the machine that you want to use.

Fantastic experience: I joined Body Pro about a month ago. Best decision I could have made. Have had memberships in many gyms over the years. Body Pro is a stellar gym, not only because it has such a crazy selection of equipment unmatched by anyone else, but it is the people who make this gym spectacular. I am welcomed genuinely all the time by all staff. One of the biggest strengths there is the super management team in John the owner and Carmen the manager. Carmen has the extraordinary ability to make whatever adjustments are needed to deal with the pandemic and us members. By the way, most gyms I have been in require a one year commitment...that is not unusual. Carmen is versatile and ensures we are safe in whatever zone we are in plus deal with all our varying personalities. Not easy to do. John is the guru of fitness in my opinion. He has incredible vision of our potential and took great steps to ensure my trainer in the Transformation program is the best fit. I am a new recruit there. I train with Manny....who constantly motivates me to step up to the plate. Manny has the rare gift of recognizing what I need or can do and makes every training session such a positive experience. I feel lucky. He is a phenomenal trainer who truly shows exceptional talent in his profession. I highly recommend that everyone should come and see what Body Pro offers, like I did. I appreciate its wonderful members, warm front-line staff, caring and strong management, massive amount of high quality equipment...esp the glutes and abdominal machines. I give 5 stars to Body Pro. Thank you for making my fitness experience so rewarding and look forward to meeting the physical challenges ahead.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I've been training here for 8 weeks with a personal trainer. I've lost 11 pounds and 19 inches. The staff is super friendly and the gym is very clean. Would recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is extremely friendly and staff are very well organized. I have never been to a club with such an incredible array of gym equipment. I must say, it is very disheartening to see someone like "Billy Bob" post numerous comments from various fake accounts, although evidently from the same IP address.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need. Convenient location in the middle of Hamilton. Staff is amazing. Venue is very clean. Large size gym with stellar equipment, separate women’s gym, pool, and sauna I thought my old gym had it all til I came to body pro I can literally spend half my day here If I wanted to.

Fantastic experience: It is a great facility to get in shape, more equipment than any other gym I've ever seen, never waiting for a machine ,want to swim, jump in the pool, Steam room . Boutique Fit women's private gym. Nutra Bar, all healthy nutritious meals, protein shakes, fruit smoothies , you need supplements , got them on site in a store as big as Popeyes . The gym offers state of the art equipment for weight/strength training making them one of the most diversely equipped clubs in Ontario. 10/10 love this place!!!!

Fantastic experience: As a member of the Royal Canadian Navy, I have traveled all over the world and have been to many gyms. Never have I been to a gym where there is every equipment a person needs to get a full workout until I visited Body Pro. The manner in which the gym was set up was the best I have ever seen. There is a section for every part of your body clearly posted once again with such a great variety of equipment. The staff were second to none and super friendly. When I return to my home base, I will definitely be telling the sailors about this gym. Like we say in the Navy....Bravo Zulu. Best gym ever.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for over 10 years and since the new ownership had taken over there has been a noticeable increase in both quality and service. There are constantly new machines being added and the upkeep has increased. Staff are friendly and present, and wait times for machines are minimal (if not) non-existent thanks to the sheer quantity in the facility. For those who may have had bad experiences with this gym in the past or people seeking a first time gym I recommend giving bodypro a try.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. They have so many machine that's you dont have to wait if you want to do superset workouts. The staff over there are cool and professional especially Carmen G. There brand new Nutri bar is off the hook and I use it every time I workout.

Fantastic experience: Easily one of the better gyms I’ve been too. Great location, fantastic equipment and wonderful staff. They keep the place really clean and have nice variety of equipment, multiple squat racks and bench presses so I never have to wait. The pool is never busy and but they still clean it twice a day. It’s a perfect size for me to do my cardio in and right after that I go to the steam room to loose any excess water weight. 10/10 gym, recommended to all my friends

Fantastic experience: As i just started 15 days before. The machines are very good in conditions either they have a lot of different machines for different exercises. They are all in good working conditions. Moreover, they have a very nice environment inside the gym. The staff members are also very cooperative. Best gym in the city so far!

Fantastic experience: Place is awesome! Joined about a month ago.. There is a littérally a huge dedicated area for each muscle group.. Including 2-6 duplicate of each machine so you are never waiting.. 6 squat racks! Dumbbells going up to 250lbs.. With benches to spot you on the DBs, never seen that anywhere else . The change rooms are clean and large. The protein shakes are well priced and pretty good. The wall art is amazing...

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and welcoming environment. Love how it's not too busy, the equipment is always readily available and the hammer strength machines are in great condition! I enjoy using the women's sauna after a good workout as well!

They also have a woman’s gym and a nutrition bar they serve smoothies pre workout post workout etc. And they have brand new mini store with protein and other supplements too.

The place is never crowded and members respect each other’s workout. It’s come a long way from years ago. I gave this place another chance and a free trial never hurts. Fantastic experience: This gym has a true Hamiltonian charm about it. Hard working, gets the job done and at the end of the day you feel satisfied. The equipment can be intimidating as there are pieces you have never seen before. That said, if you ask the front desk they'll be more than happy to show you how to use it as they're all well versed in the layout. For serious lifters this is an ideal place for you, and for those looking to stay in shape or get into better shape they have everything you need for it, from a mini-cafe to RMT's for your benefits to personal training. Worth the tour to check it out, the owner and staff mean well and want the best for their members, you just have to reach out and ask.

Fantastic experience: A great experience for me and some buddies. I really enjoy a gym with selection and this gym exceeded our expectations. Ive never been into a gym like this before. I liked how all the machines were divided into muscle groups. The best gym I have ever been too. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Fantastic experience: I've going to this particular gym for about 3 years now, and when I first started my membership the gym was run down and equipment was broken. Some of the staff were rude and didn't help with any issue I had with my membership or the gym. Now, since the renovation have taken place the gym feels alot more professional. The staff is great and the equipment is updated and the gym itself is very tidy and clean. I actually enjoy coming to this gym now because of the improvements and whats to come.

Fantastic experience: A good gym with a lot of equipment, Not overly crowded which is good if you are a little nervous working out with a lot of people around. The people who are in the gym are very nice, and will ask you how you are and actually care about you and your workout progress. without bringing you down. The only complaint I would have is there is A LOT of equipment and not a lot of room to streatch out or move around without bumping into equipment.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. The owner is constantly adding very unique equipment that most other gyms wouldn't even consider. The gym is very well equipped for every muscle and is separated by each muscle group so there's no random mixing of machines. I even requested a few pieces of machines which the owner has purchased.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. It's a real gym for people that are really serious about fitness. The Olympic size pool is a bonus, and this gym is home to the 250lbs dumbells. Lastly they have so many machines there. You could go to this gym every day for 2 months and never do the same exercise twice. Great place to be a member.
