Fantastic experience:
Positive experience: Been here for 5 sessions now. Good spot, just what you would expect and need from a gym. Owners seem good and workouts are challenging. No focus on fancy just progress
Fantastic experience: This place is great! Beautiful gym, staff are knowledgeable and everyone was really welcoming. The owner, Ben, is great. He took extra time to ensure I was doing everything safely and correctly, and was very encouraging. I'm brand new to crossFit, but not to weights, and I'm very excited to have found this facility.
