Santana and the entire team have created an environment that’s both welcoming and motivating — making workouts not just easier, but something to genuinely look forward to. The gym itself is spotless and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, yet still manages to feel comfortable and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and they create such a positive and motivating environment . I also appreciate how tidy the space is—there’s always plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, this gym really has everything you need to reach your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: Never belonged to a gym prior to O2 but this has been a great experience. Facilities are clean and well kept. Staff are amazing and always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Parker, Rachel, Michelle, Wendy. Had several training sessions with Santana and he is very aware of what your particular needs are and goals. He has a great deminor and cares about how he trains you. Overall I am having a great time. Thanks folks.

Fantastic experience: THIS is the place you want to go to improve yourself. I went full-meal-deal and I've learned so much about up to date exercise & fitness. Plus, I've got access to so many classes, I'm never in a rut! The other customers are always polite to each other, no matter anyone's age. The staff are so friendly, professional and always accommodating. The equipment is always clean and I've never seen any out of service. Do YOURSELF a favour and just make an appt to check this place out. They really do set the bar.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Friendly staff and great equipment. They even have complimentary espresso and a full smoothie bar. The sauna and showers are all very clean. There’s shaving cream and razors with mouth wash in the change rooms. If you’re in the area, this is the best gym to check out!! There’s just so many great extras for the price, but the equipment and layout of the gym is what really matters. I’ve been working out for years now and go to a lot of different gyms when I travel for work. This is the best gym I’ve been to in Atlantic Canada. I wish there was a gym like this where I lived in BC!!

Fantastic experience: I just started to get back into the gym post-partum. I started with the 14 day trial and immediately signed up for a full membership. One of the best gyms I’ve ever been in! The locker room/sauna is spa-like, everything is spotless, and everyone is so friendly. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey at O2 long-term!

Fantastic experience: I stopped in to get a workout in while my kid attended a birthday party at Ice Patch Hollow. This place is amazing! It's clean, calm atmosphere made it less intimidating to workout in. With so many machines, I didn't feel crowded at all. I even enjoyed using the Pilates classroom for a nice stretch after my workout. This is also the first time I was able to use all the weights I needed and didn't have to wait for someone else to be finished. I wish I came more prepared because I would've took advantage of the sauna room and clean shower before picking up my kid from the party. I'll definitely be back! Now, off to enjoy my smoothie, made in house!

Fantastic experience: Today was my 1st time back in any gym in years! Not gonna lie,I was nervous to enter that world again. When I walked into the gym, I was greeted by the owner with a huge smile. Then I met with my coach Kati, who discussed my nutrition in detail. I have a kidney disease, so it's not always black and white for food with me. We then worked out. The whole time, she was by my side, even pointers and encouraging words. I'm so happy that I signed up for an 8-week program

Fantastic experience: I've never really been a gym person until I joined 02. Some of the great things that help me show up for myself are the inculsive atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness, towel service, state of the art equipment, Smoothor bar, InBody Scans and so much more. This gym had all the right things to keep me accountable. The hybrid training is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the gym and the staff that run it. The trainers are amazing, tailoring your exercise to your needs, I have limitations and this is the first time that I've enjoyed exercise since 2019. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, everyone is working hard but there is not a competitive vibe. I have even enrolled my kids! Our whole family has benefited from this place, I'm so grateful to be a part of this community.

Negative experience: I was here a few months ago to try it out and one of the girl employees with dirty blonde hair said I wasn’t allowed to use certain equipment because she said I would break it due to my weight

Fantastic experience: 5 star review updated and remained 5 star! Approximately 7 months after starting: Signed up with the owner for a full year transformation training. The staff have been nothing but kind, helpful, and encouraging. As a woman who is self conscious, I feel incredibly comfortable at this gym regardless of its location. The cost is reasonable for what the gym offers and it is definetly a more friendly and welcoming environment to be in. Not overcrowded like most gyms therefore easy to maneuver. The smoothies are the BOMB! Highly recommend atleast trying a few! I have not seen any bugs in this gym and the locker rooms are always tidy and well kept. Couldn't be happier with my decision to begin my weightloss journey here.

At 39 years old I had never worked out a day in my life, and Santana took the time to understand me and my goals, and help build me from someone who didn’t know the first thing about fitness, to someone who now inexplicably looks forward to building my body and mind better and better each day. All the while, with zero pressure, zero judgement, and unconditional encouragement. This is a safe space to try your best and find your determination. Trust the process. Trust the program. Trust the meal plan. Trust the people at this gym. I’ll be forever grateful for this experience.
