Fantastic experience: I've never really been a gym person until I joined 02. Some of the great things that help me show up for myself are the inculsive atmosphere, friendly staff, cleanliness, towel service, state of the art equipment, Smoothor bar, InBody Scans and so much more. This gym had all the right things to keep me accountable. The hybrid training is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the gym and the staff that run it. The trainers are amazing, tailoring your exercise to your needs, I have limitations and this is the first time that I've enjoyed exercise since 2019. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, everyone is working hard but there is not a competitive vibe. I have even enrolled my kids! Our whole family has benefited from this place, I'm so grateful to be a part of this community.

Negative experience: I was here a few months ago to try it out and one of the girl employees with dirty blonde hair said I wasn’t allowed to use certain equipment because she said I would break it due to my weight

From the staff and friends I met on the floor, to the immaculate equipment and facilities in the gym, this whole experience has been 100% positive and energizing. At 39 years old I had never worked out a day in my life, and Santana took the time to understand me and my goals, and help build me from someone who didn’t know the first thing about fitness, to someone who now inexplicably looks forward to building my body and mind better and better each day. All the while, with zero pressure, zero judgement, and unconditional encouragement. This is a safe space to try your best and find your determination. Trust the process. Trust the program. Trust the meal plan. Trust the people at this gym. I’ll be forever grateful for this experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for 1-2 months and I think that I can confidently say that this is the best gym in Nova Scotia it has all the machines and dumbbells you need and staff is also super nice and you can allways ask anybody at the gym for tips and they are happy to help

Negative experience: This company has now made me very unhappy as first off I’m told by employees that my membership expired in January yet I had signed up in December and now they think they can debit my bank account and take money 2 days in a week of same amount so basically steal food from my children’s mouths. I get the one payment but not 2’within a day of each other of same amount. With that happening I will not go back as well as I now have to fight with my bank to have the one payment reversed as that was money for food for my children. I will not recommend this gym to anyone because of what they have done.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of O2 Wellness since June 2020 after the first reopening of gyms during Covid. Friendly staff, great equipment (especially the calibrated weight plates and the powerlifting barbells which as a powerlifter I can appreciate), great hours and the fact that it’s the only gym that’s virtually open 365 days (even on Christmas and new years days!) are some of the greatest aspects of this gym! Even though going back to pre-covid arrangement of a 24/7 facility would be even better, the fact that its open until midnight is still very convenient. Special shout to Val who is responsible for keeping the gym spotless and clean making it always a presentable gym and for always being friendly as well as Brendan who is an exemplary night time employee and always great to talk to during my late night training sessions. Anyway the staff are all amazing but I definitely feel I should give extra credit to Brenden Tanner for making my experience extra amazing. Super friendly, welcoming and is always available to help and answer questions. Does walk arounds and always stops to check in on you. He gives off a great vibe. Really enjoying this place.
