Positive experience: Staff are nice but it is very crowded sadly Weight area is really small for the crowd and sometimes you get a content creator who basically hogs equipment I am not too sure what they can do but expand the gym Wish they open one in Clayton park and maybe this would be less crowded Peak time basically the gym becomes almost not usable

Negative experience: $28 with tax for a drop in fee for a place that’s a literal zoo is scam. Explained I was from Ontario visiting & work at a gym in my hometown where we do 2 day guess passes for the price of their 1 day. They don’t have any locations out here, fine. No biggy. Until the lady laughed at me & shoved the debit machine infront of me. If I didn’t need to workout everyday, they wouldn’t see me. No one showed me around or anything. Not even to show me where the change rooms were for example. Disrespectful staff & hefty prices for a zoo of a gym with disorganized layout, free weights everywhere!

Positive experience: The free weight area upstairs is small and can feel very cramped even at off peak hours. Very strange set up to have the majority of the people in the gym confined to such a small portion. Has less equipment than most other Goodlifes in the city and you will likely have to modify your workout according to what's available, quite often you will have to wait just to get an adjustable bench. Also a very limited selection of cable accessories compared to other Goodlifes, never seem to add any new equipment. Pros: Gym is generally clean and if you are just looking to do cardio they have about 100 machines occupying a huge area downstairs that hardly anybody uses. Although living in close proximity to this gym, I typically find myself driving further to other locations in order to get in a good work that I will enjoy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a couple of years now and find the staff members to be cheerful and helpful and the gym is very clean. I trained with Grace Ladcani and found her to be very knowledgeable and super friendly. She is very focused on proper form and made the workouts fun but challenging. Overall it has been a great experience!

Positive experience: GoodLife is a great gym with quality equipment, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere. However, one drawback is the timing of the afternoon classes – most are scheduled between 5:30 and 6:30 PM. This can be difficult for those who work and have to commute, especially given the traffic around that time. A bit more flexibility with class times would make it easier for working members to attend regularly. Otherwise, it's a solid gym with a lot to offer!

Fantastic experience: Just letting you know what a wonderful experience I have had with Brittany at the front desk. She always greets you with a smile and gives you her undivided attention. Even on the busy weekends when she is having to multitask with numerous customer requests, she does so in an upbeat manner and with a high degree of professionalism. I have met a lot of staff members over the many years I have been at this wonderful GoodLife location, and she is amongst my favorites. Brittany is definitely an asset to your business. Fantastic experience: This is arguably the best GoodLife Fitness club in Nova Scotia! Although this club has one of the best floor-layouts, the geographic location superior and is home to one of the hottest saunas in HRM, there's one reason this place stands above the rest, and that’s because of the incredible staff and management! I have experienced GoodLife for about 10 years now and this is by far the best club I've been a part of. The gym equipment, lockers and the changing room are always clean, and the community culture at this location fosters a welcoming, judgement-free environment. Whether you’re looking for a 'spot' during a set or wish to 'work in' with someone on a piece of equipment during a busy time, I have always encountered kindness from fellow gym-goers. This type of gym environment would not be possible without the leadership of Adam and his dedicated staff, exemplified through the actions of Aman and Arpit. Time and time again, they have shown true care while addressing concerns of those who use their facility. Through their actions, these three along with the entire staff at this location continuously demonstrates how GoodLife Fitness should operate; all Goodlife Fitness clubs should use this location as a template. Positive experience: The gym is lit, u guys should add a punching bag. It sucks sometimes, I’m from Toronto and all the gyms they have punching bags. You should add it, Hardly take much space. You can put into studio where all classes happen

Negative experience: Generally when compared to fit4less (which is supposed to be the budget GoodLife). It just doesn't stack up. The equipment is all dated. The only thing I miss is the bumper plates and the deadlift platform.

Negative experience: Was mid workout and got interrupted by the “fitness manager” who proceeded to threaten me for simple not whispering, not sure why i can’t talk at a very regular volume in the gym but this is ridiculous.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a gym that's overran by teenagers after 4pm this is your spot. I will be changing gyms do to the disrespect and uncleanness of this gym! The groups of teenagers claiming they have 50+ sets working out with 4-6 of their friends is just out right ridiculous (not to mention working out in socks and sandals isn't this against their gym contract? . Also a very dusty gym in general and the air quality is bad with dust coming out of the vents. It almost seems larry uteck is all about the dollar signs and not keeping members happy. No other goodlife is like this one at prime hours! I wish you luck if you attend this gym.

Positive experience: Pros: Good location and open 24 hours. Spacious gym Decent equipments Cons: Too many people in peak hours- very hard to workout. People are very photo sensitive in this gym. Water fountain needs to be cleaned. Overall this gym is ok, I just wish it wasn’t as busy and members be more friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location for 2+ years. This is the best location in Atlantic Canada. Great equipment and the best/hottest sauna (great job on the reno's). It can be very busy in the early evenings during the week depending on the day.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience. I am not one to write a bad reviews but this was over the top terrible. Called to cancel, membership wasn’t cancelled and payments were debited for over a month. Adam the manager was useless, condescending and rude. Did not even get back to me or address any of my issues concerning my membership after multiple calls/emails. Front desk staff was friendly but unable to help. Management needs customer service training. Would not recommend to anyone in the area.

Fantastic experience: I can always count on Rita for a friendly greeting and a smile when I come to the gym. Her warm and cheery disposition is certainly the bright spot of my workout. She is very helpful with inquiries about my membership account and a pleasure to deal with. Rita knows me and my family (as well it seems, most if not all gym members) by name. Her presence adds to the positive atmosphere at the gym.

Negative experience: Overall good gym, friendly staff and decent equipment. Problem is they close randomly with little to no notice. Their hours are a complete joke. You pay for a 24h gym but, they open and close randomly. Unless your a member with an old account who’s fee are significantly lower it’s not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had to join here because the Fit4Less in Bedford got flooded. The people who work here are friendly and genuine, something I try to be with people every day too. Positive experience: Overall, I like the gym but one thing that bothers me is when I come in and I see 3 employees chatting at the welcome desk, not even acknowledging members coming in, with one guy with his back turned, sitting on the desk. This is particularly bad during the weekend. I'm not sure what their purpose is if they are going to ignore basic manners.

Fantastic experience: We have been clients of Goodlife Fitness Bedford for 4 months (Me, my husband and our teenage son). My personal coach is Meriem and I can't stress enough how instrumental she has been in my weight loss journey. I have been trying for years without sucess, but I am proud to announce today that I lost 10 kgs so far thanks not only to her guidance in the gym but her nutritional advice as well over months. A true professional and encouraging person. I would recommend her to anyone struggling in losing weight. The team at the gym is welcoming too, start before it's too late!

Fantastic experience: A very nice gym, fully equipped, and clean. The service is excellant and the staff are very friendly, but the best in this gym is the personal trainer Mr. Dave Frances. I have been training with Dave for the past 4 years, his expertise in back and core fitness changed my posture and overcame my scoliosis. Could always trust his knowledge and attentiveness to the proper technique and form while doing my exercise. I am very grateful for his motivation and caring. Good job Dave!

Fantastic experience: Ive gotta say, this GoodLife was the best one I’ve been to so far. The gym was never very busy, the manager Adam and his staff were super kind and helpful. it was a very clean facility with heaps of equipment. Positive experience: Not bad, but sackville is way better. The weight area just seems crowded and a lot of equipment is always in use.

Fantastic experience: The staff are awesome. Ella made signing my sister up for her membership super easy, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly with the corporate registration. Gym is well laid out, turf with sled push is a huge bonus, and the fitness class studio has lovely natural lighting.

Negative experience: Why is the heavy equipment upstairs? The floor always shakes
Positive experience: I recently joined goodlife and this is my preferred club. There are lots of machines and cardio and the staff are very nice. My only concern is that there are members who defintely don't clean the machines after themselves properly(using a dry paper towel that they used for the last 10 machines or just not cleaning the machine at all) and there are usually multiple people at the front desk. Would be nice to see some of them wandering around the club cleaning machines that aren't being used instead of standing around.

Positive experience: 24 hours gym,plenty of machines, clean bathrooms. My personal trainer Dave is great the staff ive delt with are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking
Positive experience: I’ve tried almost every GoodLife location in the city and this one is my favourite. But it can be very busy at times. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Equipment maintenance could be better as popular machines are often out of service for weeks. One glaring equipment omission is calf raise machines - every other gym has at least one standing and one seated machine. But here there is just a seated toe-extension style machine. The gym could also use a few more rope handles for the cable machines. A one point there were several of them but then most of them disappeared.

Negative experience: Change rooms too small. Poor upkeep of equipment. Very few new machines since they first opened. Great parking and class availability.
