Fantastic experience: This gym is the BEST gym I have ever been too!!! 10/10 recommended for anyone and everyone. This gym is one of the most welcoming and friendly gyms out there as the staff is very caring and helpful. I especially like the customer service from my new friend Ayaz, who is very kind, sweet, caring, very fun and enthusiastic about his job. If you are looking for a gym do check out this one.

Fantastic experience: I joined just over a month ago, and I have to say I am super impressed with how professional the staff is. Ayaz signed me up and he was super friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a gym with so many perks. Basketball court, boxing ring, sauna, pool, hot tub and more. I am mostly impressed by how serious they take the covid restrictions. I would highly highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: They are open 24 hours, so it is convenient to go there anytime. Platinum member is good, because sometimes, I have to go there in evening and it is so crowded. Platinum rooms are not that crowded and you don't have to wait for machines or weights. Mornings are always clam. You can check their website, time to time they have promotion, when you can save some money by paying less on registration fees. They also have good referral program.

Fantastic experience: Gold gym at country hills is the best place to gain muscles, loose weight and relax. Even if you don’t feel like to workout, you could use steam, sauna and swimming to just break the daily routine. Also, special mention about Shafique, he’s so very helpful!

Fantastic experience: Okarrrr. So this is wha happened. Someone mistakenly took my bag from the locker room ( it was my fault for not locking it in the first place. ) anyway , so I opened every locker. And when I say every I mean every locker !!! I went to the front desk, we looked through the cameras. It was all males that were clocked in at the time. So they couldn’t go in to double check. Eventually after 15 minutes of checking the cameras. One of the female working came in for a workout. Even though she was clocked out , she still took the time to look for the bag with me. We found the Bag. We believe what had happen was someone mistakenly took it and realized it wasn’t there’s and placed it bag. Even though it wasn’t there fault. She gave me a golds gym T - Shirt and a Golds gym bag. Just to show that they appreciate me as a valuable customer. And for the stress I went through. They took cared of me after. NOW THAT IS PROPER SERVICE RECOVERY

Fantastic experience: All love and respect to Shafique. All these 1 star reviews are fraudulent ones and fake. 1 person is getting others to create fake profiles are attacking him and if you check ghier profiles, they arent even living in Calgary or Canada for that matter. I even saw a woman come into the gym and say she will continue to get fake bad reviews if he doesn’t give her money. The kind of things people will do these days for a quick buck is unbelievable. If you go into thr gym to meet Shafique you will fall in love with his honest and caring personality and see that he actually goes above and beyond for the company. And I have to say he is the most polite person I’ve ever spoken too, very caring and understanding to everything I’ve said. He took the time to listen and did not push me to buy anything. She broke down each exercise and explained the muscles it impacted. I was always looking forward to our workout sessions. She helped me build overall strength and stamina. Fantastic experience: This gym is a massive space with a ton of machines and amenities. I love most the women's only section and very spacey and comfortable change rooms. Thank you so much to Sandeep who made my registration super smooth and quick and answered all my questions. I love that there is a lot of natural light coming through the big windows which is a huge change from my previous gym with zero windows!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality I’ve been a member for 6 months, I start early with a personal trainer. Charolette is awesome, the gym is set up good and new equipment is always coming in. The staff have been great and accommodating, my wife has started training here as well. We are both seeing progress and excited to keep at it.

Positive experience: Pretty decent place to go work out. A bit smaller than some gyms I’ve been too. It’s also not that busy during the times I go which is nice. The gym is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: No complaints on this gym. I left goodlife because of the schedules, hours and expectations in our unknown world at the moment and it just couldn't fit into my life. I like to work out for an hour and 20 mins, not just one hour. Yes the first off fee is high, howverr goodlife charges once a year and golds just charges once. Everyone here is really nice and always there to help you. Although I don't need much help at the gym other then it to be open and good for me to be there every morning at 4am. Please don't close down!! The gym is the only thing that is keeping me sane in this day and age. So thank you a million times over.

The equipment is unbeatable and the staff in the gym work very hard to keep the gym maintained and clean during this pandemic.
