She helped me with great tips during the call and the fact that she's also a mom get things more interesting for me. She gave me good advices for my kids as well. Fantastic experience: I have tried yoga years ago in Costa Rica at a surf school/yoga retreat… but it didn’t stick…. Until now. The Yoga Vine isn’t just yoga- it’s a positive welcoming experience making you feel like family. Not only are the instructors gifted in offering constant variety and gentle direction but also, welcoming and genuine. You can choose your level of difficulty by the class description as well as in the class yourself- choosing without judgment your own level of difficulty. The instructors take pleasure in helping members work around personal injuries and challenges. The Yoga Vine is a safe space of positive mental, physical and spiritual growth. Body Mind Spirit. Love it!!

First day at the studio was greeted with a warm welcome and quick tour. Thriving with amazing community members. Overall, a great place to land on your mat and take a moment to reconnect.

Fantastic experience: How do I love thee? Let me count the ways! Lorna and Jillian are a great team who have attracted yogis with their same integrity, compassion, joy, fun and passion for teaching. Going to The YV is an important part of each day for me, be it for hot Pilates, vinyasa, slow flow, gentle hatha every experience leaves me feeling amazing. I have a lot to learn and there’s no where better to do that with all the encouragement and challenges and workshops offered! We are so very blessed to have such a facility in Beamsville.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of YogaVine since October 2018. From the beginning, I have been most impressed with the friendly welcoming serene atmosphere of the studio. As you walk in, one is always welcomed ( often by name) by someone sitting at reception. There is no judgement. I have tried several classes from Gentle Hawtha, Restorative, Slow Flow and Core In all these classes, I have not felt out of place. It's such a lovely experience to be in a class that has a variety of ages . What have been the benefits for me? My mind is more settled. I'm able to focus more clearly. I can be in the moment. I am willing to try something new with no judgement. Physically, I am more flexible and stronger. I would without reserve recommend this happy professionally run studio to anyone. All the instructors are passionate and committed to help their clients achieve a healthy way of life. So glad I walked in last October!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many yoga studios in the 18 years I’ve been practicing yoga and this is by far the best! The space is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well laid-out. The instructors are highly skilled, kind and motivating. The community vibe is inspiring and welcoming. As a business, it has brought new life to Beamsville’s downtown. As a yoga studio, it has brought new energy to its many happy members! I highly recommend you check it out!

Fantastic experience: I am new to yoga but loved the services offered and it is so close to my home I couldn't resist trying it. The instructors are true experts; patient, kind and knowledgeable. I am still learning the poses but I feel wonderful after class. Can't wait to try the Hot Yoga next. Also - I love the playlists!!
