Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete, CrossFit Bench is the right place for you. We are a diverse community with a culture focused on fun and hard work. All our members know each other’s names and support one another during workouts. 

Getting fit should be gratifying, varied and done with friends!​ Our team of professional coaches are experts at combining the best results-based training and nutritional advice with tons of encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter.

It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before, are a Crossfit Vet or are just ready to take it to the next level. At CrossFit Bench, we will help you get where you want to go.

Fantastic experience: Dropped into Crossfit Bench. It is a great box for all levels and abilities. Their workouts are fun and challenging. The community is friendly and welcoming. Owner and coach, Michelle, runs a great program. Highly recommend joining a class if you are in the area. The new facility is very spacious with high ceilings. Congrats on the move! Thanks for letting me join in the class! Ray

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best drop in experience I have ever had ! My partner Chris and I came to visit for a week from Calgary, and Michelle was so welcoming and an incredibly kind hearted person. She is so knowledgeable in training with her kinesiology + psychology degree. Her coaching is outstanding. Her facility is beautiful. The programming was strategic and very well broken down for comprehension. BEST Crossfit facility in Niagara!!!
