Fantastic experience: My family and I are loving this gym. Conveniently located, always clran and equipment - both cardio and strength, machines meet our needs. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Grimsby Gym!

Fantastic experience: Ideal gym for me. Open 24/7, equipment is top of the line, always clean. The place has a new york loft vibe to it. And the staff are great.

Negative experience: I tried to call 23 times and it's was from not this number but a house or land line should I say. I just don't understand I tried between 10am and 3 pm also many time same say no response or answer. It is what it is just odd. I responded to the grimsby site because I knew the two gyms where connected. Maybe I'm wrong but if they are I figured this might get a response or answer. Anyways is what it is but when you have ppl responding to my message about the fonhill gym with smiley faves and hearts in less than 24 hr I geuss there is other ppl that feel the same I do... Anywaysnis what it is life moves on.. I erased the message..

Positive experience: I love that this gym is 24 hours and even open on holidays. I also appreciate that when the staff members are in the gym they are very welcoming and helpful. I also appreciate that you have to be 18years or older to join which helps eliminate any of the kids that linger around the gym just to socialize. I do wish there was more machines or even a bigger space, I know most gyms are priced similar ($65) but I do feel that for the price we don’t get as much as other gyms provide to us. I would love to see a hip thrust machine and some equipment accessories updated for the cable machines. It also gets pretty busy and because there is only 1 of some of the machines wait times can vary which sucks. Overall it’s a nice gym but I do feel like most people would get more benefit going to a bigger gym with a lot more machines for the price

Negative experience: The 99$ sign up fee is a barrier to accessing this gym. I emailed asking if there was any flexibility with the registration fee if they could waive it because im on matenrity leave so paying $165 to join right before Christmas was too much for my budget. They responded saying no. It's a shame they didn't offer any other options either like spreading the fee out over a few months or deffering the payment to when im back to work next year. They've lost me as a client forever and I will be deterring others away from a gym that doesn't support mothers. I will be joining the YMCA instead.

Negative experience: The music is HORRIBLE . . . DEPRESSING . . . DEMEANING and SICK! We wear hearing protection.

Positive experience: This is a solid little gym. It has most of what you would need for the average lifter. There's a few key machines missing for heavy lifters but generally speaking a great gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with wonderful staff. Emily was great at helping me understand the gyms policies and membership requirements. Jeff showed me around. It was nice to see the facility is immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. The atmosphere is very nice, they have private bathrooms with a shower attached so no need to rush home in sweats. I cannot tell you the amount of gyms that have nasty gym showers or gross equipment... yuck. There are some gross and stinky gyms out there people but this place is so nice and well loved/maintained! I hope they expand to more locations as the staff is wonderful and I love how clean everything is. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment like the front door says and had the pleasure of Emily showing me around the gym and giving me a tour of the facilities and showing me around the equipment. I definitely appreciate the range of equipment that is available and how clean they keep everything. I also love the fact that the gym is operated on a 24/7 basis which works very well with my schedule because I'm one of those people that likes to work out later in the evening. The sign-up was quick and simple and I love how friendly the staff is! I recommend it to all! 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym about a month ago. Best decision I ever made. They have great updated equipment. It has a very comfortable atmosphere that is always spotless. I never find this gym busy so it’s no problem using whatever equipment I want. Staff are great, especially Sam who helped me get familiar with the equipment and what exercises to do. I didn’t think I could keep myself motivated to go on a regular basis, but honestly there is rarely a day I don’t go. I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Negative experience: Was so excited about this gym when I got the flyer in the mail. Went on the website and yet another run of the mill scamy gym. Apparently there is no contract so you pay on a monthly basis however, they still charge you $99 for signup fee. How does that make sense? So there is no contract but you're paying $150 for the first month and $50 for the rest of the months just because the first month is more expensive. Maybe cause you're fatter at that point and you wear the machines more :)))))

Negative experience: Was really looking forward to getting a membership at this gym, unfortunately the three times I stopped by(within operating hours) there was no staff available. Called the number posted on the door and was told somebody was on the way and was probably just running behind. Stopped by an hour later still no one. Oh well, guess they don't need business that badly.
