Positive experience: Great staff. I like the feel of this place. It's small and cozy. Does need an upgrade and they know it. I think it's going to be under construction soon.

Positive experience: Basic. Small. Crowded. Out of date. I’d only use this gym if *absolutely necessary* given that superior options abound, nearby. No mats in the weight room and vice versa absurdly limits the exercises you can do. Only one cable machine has an adjustable pulley. No filming allowed (I appreciate this, actually). Still, it's my go-to neighbourhood gym for my physio exercises and strength training, and there are always cardio machines free.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout and learn about fitness but the gym isn't the only luxury they have such a great place.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym at all in the once upon a time I went there. Weights will be in metal plates so it’s perfect for guys who feels more masculine when a set of 30’s fall on their egos. Nothing fancy here, just a gym.

Positive experience: Great place to workout with down to earth people. The staff are extremely helpful if you have any questions! Don't worry if you have never lifted weights before ever :) Also extremely honest people there, my lost wallet was found returned with the cash still in it!!!! The not hipster guy at the front desk is helpful too! lol

Fantastic experience: My go to community centre gym I've been hitting for the past 12 years straight. Not a big gym, not a modern gym, but has most equipment other community centre gym's don't have. Never have to wait long for benches or other equipments even when busy. Big parking lot on backside of school and rink with electric charging stations for EV's. I love Brit!

Positive experience: An okay fitness facility and pool. Has what you need. Never seems too crazy busy. The gym staff seem to have rules they only enforce for some people, not others - like signing out an elliptical machine or using dumbbells in the stretch room. Kind of annoying.
