Fantastic experience: Sarah and her team are fantastic. The facility has everything you could need to change your life. I am blown away by how few people take advantage. It costs the same per day or less than a donut. Way better results too.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending at Ultimate Fitness for over 15 years. I have been very satisfied and pleased with the Gym itself but more specifically with the quality of service and the absolutely superior coaching provided consistently at UF. The coaches, all highly experienced and qualified weight-trainers, understand the specific needs of each client and organize a program to suit each client (even in a group session). I have experienced a number of effective coaches at UF and have learned from all of them. As an experienced trainer of coaches, I consider the UF coaches meet a very high standard not only in their knowledge of coaching technique, but understand the importance of individual needs, community and team-building. Fantastic experience: I started as a beginner and Ultimate fitness has become an essential part of my routine. We are lucky to have this facility in Arnprior. I joined the morning semi-private classes with fantastic results. They also added 24/7 access which is fantastic. The guidance I receive from Erica and Sarah during class is significantly more quality than I could achieve alone. I also appreciate, since I work from home, meeting new friendly people in class.

Fantastic experience: I am new in the area and had continued traveling to Stittsville to use the box gyms - didn't realize there was a facility like this in Arnprior that has everything someone could need. Clean, sanitizers and wipes avaiable good environment, all age levels and abilities no judgement, great staff knlowedgeable willing to show me around the gym, would reccomend for people in the area of arnprior and also a location in renfrew.

Fantastic experience: I was in town a bit early and decided to drop in and grab a quick workout. Clean, friendly staff, and all the equipment required for a workout. I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out here when I come visit my brother, friendly staff and owner she Is very nice and very honest business. I made a mistake and transfer 1700 instead of 17 dollars for the walk in. Next day I got all the money sent back to me by the owner.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Gabby, one of their trainers is just awesome. Best gym in the area by far. Good for all levels. Love that they also have a BJJ club/team there as well. Great for all types of training but they are nationally known for their powerlifting team and coaches. I enjoyed doing CrossFit there with Gabby.

Fantastic experience: Ultimate Fitness personal training has been the best investment for my wife and I. Erica and Gabby have been phenomenal trainers through their use of strategic professional coaching. They don’t just coach us through our workouts but also our goals so when we are not in the gym we are taking care of what needs to be done to accomplish the outcomes we are striving to achieve. They schedule, track, motivate, and push us to where we want to be. They understand our limitations, such as previous injuries, and help us overcome them.

Fantastic experience: Love love LOVE Ultimate Fitness! They have helped me get my body--and my sanity--back after the craziness and overwhelm of parenting through a pandemic! Going to the gym is my much-needed ME time :) Perfect gym to try if you don't consider yourself a "gym" person, but also amazing if you do! The trainers are real people, the classes are do-able and get results! Drop in on a GroupFit class and you will feel fantastic afterwards, I promise you!

Fantastic experience: I started at UF when I first moved to Arnprior and I immediately felt the community that this gym and it's coaches have built. I didnt know anyone when I first walked in but was immediately welcomed and shown the ropes. The coaches are amazing and attentive and the members contribute to the encouraging environment. They have gone above and beyond precautions to keep their members safe during covid. They say that you are who you spend the most time with, so I want to spend more time at the gym!

Fantastic experience: Love UF Gyms and the trainers! During th months when they were allowed to open, they modified the training space and exercises to keep everyone safe, but still get a great workout in. Excited to be back in classes!

Fantastic experience: Really like this place!! Amazing knowledgable and friendly staff who are excellent at teaching members how to lift safely with proper form which is essential when lifting to prevent injury. If you are new to lifting and want to make sure you get off on the right foot these people can teach you how. Members I have met while there are also friendly and willing to share the knowledge they have aquired from the active competitive professional lifters working there. Arnprior is fortunate to have such professional and knowledgable people in their community who know how to lift like these guys and gals and I would imagine Renfrew as well. I have been around the fitness industry most of my life and these people know there stuff. I travel 30 min whenever I can to workout with these folks and would be a regular there if my scheduale permitted. Thanks to all of you for the help I have received there in the short time I have known you all and maybe one day I can join yous full time.
