Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years. I really enjoy the 30 min intense work outs that challenge you. Seeing a trainer helps you to be accountable to your self. Nic makes it fun to work out and she helps you to to do it the right way so not to harm your body. She also really helps people with injuries I have had shoulder issues and it took awhile but now the pain is gone and it’s strong.
