So why you, George? How can you help me better than anyone else? It all comes down to my background and experience. I have been a sport competitor for the last 40 years of my life. I started with swimming. I was raised in Olympic reserve school for swimmers and then fell in love with martial arts. I competed on national and international levels. I have coached many athletes and raised Canadian and World Champions. I’ve trained people to qualify for entry into the law enforcement and military.

There are 3 key elements to weight loss: nutrition, exercise and discipline. And that’s all I’ve been practicing my entire life and what I know the best.

2. Exercise: to get in shape, you need to know how to train effectively but safely. I worked with many people who got injured during their previous training. If you do not know how to train properly, you will waste time on lengthy ineffective workouts or you may end up getting injured. Through my medical background and experience as an athlete, I learned human physiology from A to Z. Knowing how to engage specific muscles to reach desired results is extremely important. Details like correct angles, range of motion, and speed will make all the difference. That’s what my Bull’s Eye Training is based on.

3. Discipline: if you are just testing waters, not sure whether you are willing to commit to succeed, I am not your trainer. But if you are serious about getting the results you want and you just need help with discipline or accountability, you are at the right place. As an ex Special Forces and an athlete, I know what it takes to win. I will track your results, hold you accountable and push you to do your best. Failure is not an option.

As a personal trainer and founder of Fit Body By George, I take your health and physique very seriously. I create a custom program for every client based on their goal and current condition. No program is the same. What works for one may not work for someone else. It starts with a consultation, so you can tell me where you are at, any medical conditions you may have, and what your goals and challenges are. I will assess your nutritional habits, evaluate your physical condition and create your customized program.

The Bull’s Eye personal training program consists of six weeks of customized one on one in person or online training (your choice), personalized nutrition plan and customized exercise routine for you to do at home. Your progress will be tracked live through my fitness app which also monitors if any adjustments are needed. You will have my support 24/7.

I started the challenge to try and push myself into getting back into shape. I cannot believe how fast I actually saw the results from following George’s instructions. First full, I would like to thank my personal trainer George. When I have heard about this program I was a bit skeptical because I have tried several trainers prior with different diets but nothing worked for me. George has really helped me shed the weight after my second pregnancy. I find the workouts very challenging, but extremely effective. I feel that George exercises all of your muscles in the right way and helps get rid of the weight and also build stamina and strength. I am a 38 years old male, and as many others like me I’ve been struggling with the size of my belly. I can’t say I was fat, but my belly was big and I was weighting 200lbs, a little bit too much for a guy that is just 5’6 tall.

The situation reached a point when I considered surgery. And I did it. December 2013 I underwent liposuction in the abdominal area, and after three months the results weren’t good…actually I’ve gained 10 pounds!

In March 2014 I came across George though internet and decided to give it a try. Very shortly after I start the six weeks program I start to notice change. I drop substantial weight and my belly almost disappeared. At the end of the program I was 30 lbs lighter and passed from waist 38 to 34.

The program is not easy. It takes commitment and seriousness, but at the end you realize that isn’t just a six weeks program, it is a lesson that you take with you, and can repeat again and again.

George is the only trainer that got me to where I want to be. After years of going from trainer to trainer, regular visits to the gym outside of that, counting my macros, limiting calorie intake, etc., I was still struggling to lose weight. In our first meeting, George promised me that he’ll take me to my goal in 6 weeks if I listen. Expérience négative: This was a mistake I wanted a personal trainer and he wasn’t even watching me when doing the exercises. I was seeking someone to help me with form for the exercises. Wanting to learn weightlifting. Instead he pressured me into a weight-loss program- which I didn’t ask for and was very overcoming… overbearing. I didn’t even finish the classes I paid him for because I got a job and his hours didn’t work for me at the time. I eventually moved onto a real personal trainer and have learned and now do the gym myself and have lost weight. I didn’t really need to lose much weight anyways. I just wanted guidance and wish I never paid him.

Hi Sam, I am surprised to see this review you posted last night considering that you had a free consultation with me on June 10th 2022, and took some classes back then, more than 2.5 years ago. As you know yourself, during my free consultations with clients, I go over my program, answer all the questions and it is completely up to each person to decide for themselves if the program is right and if they would like to work with me. You decided to get started with the program and paid for 6 classes. You took 5 classes between June 14th and June 30th 2022, and never scheduled your last class. I haven't heard from you since June 2022, therefore, I find it odd that you would post 1-star review for me now (2.5 years after training with me). I also saw that you posted 5-star review for Ron Zalko Fitness at exactly the same time you posted mine (last night). I am pleased to know you found a facility you like. I know that people can purposely misuse Google reviews and I truly hope that was not your intention as I have not heard from you since June 2022.

Expérience fantastique: George helped me break a 20 year cycle of working very hard to lose weight/maintain weight and not getting consistent or sustainable, or in the last 3 years, any results. Working with him I lost 40lbs and gained so much energy. What's even more important is I know why his recommendations work and why what I was trying before didn't work. And because I know "why" I can adapt to new situations. I can take time off from my maintenance routine to indulge for Christmas and vacations etc. and enjoy them with confidence that I can get back on track within 10-14 days. His approach is simple, no bullshit, and I got results. I tried a bunch of diets and workouts in the past by myself but something was always stopping me from seeing results. He zeroed in on my bad habits and got me a workout that I can do almost everywhere. Though I wont lie its hell at sometimes. Eventually you learn to embrace the hell haha If you are committed to making a change in your life with regards to your physical health i would definitely recommend him. I did 6 week course, took me 7 weeks cause I was sick one week but I lost 30lbs.

Expérience fantastique: I had a great and successful experience with George in his 6-week program. After the first 6-weeks, I was getting good results and enjoying the process so much that I signed up for a second 6 weeks and referred a few friends! I needed simplicity, accountability, and most importantly results and working with George brought me all of those things in spades. You have to do your own work in your head and heart to commit to your goals but if you do and trust George's knowledge along the journey, he will help you get to where you want to go! His no-nonsense approach really helps you understand how and why to make good choices (put that cookie down ). Each workout is tailored to your specific needs and always with form, breathing, and safety top of mind. We also had quite a few laughs! Overall a great experience.

Expérience fantastique: After year of trying on my own I decided to get help. Working with George was the best decision I could of made. It was worth every penny. Despite crushing my goal in 6 weeks I stayed on with George another 12 weeks to help my new habits stick. Expérience fantastique: I can sincerely say that walking into George's studio just over 6 weeks ago was one of the best decisions I have ever made in respect to my health and fitness. As a fairly active and healthy woman, I didn't think that there was much else that I could do. I attributed weight gain and feeling sluggish to being in my late 40's. I was wrong. George's personal 6 week program was not only effective but also eye opening. I lost about 15 lbs and gained strength and energy that I haven't experienced in years. George has the multidisciplinary knowledge, professionalism, experience, and commitment to guide you through this fulfilling adventure. It will not be easy for sure, however, every step you will take towards the best version of yourself will have meaning as long as you follow his advice. George exercise routines are built to achieve maximum effort in the least amount of time and all without the need for you to buy any additional equipment. Will it be exhausting? Yes. He will push you to overcome your limits and not pass out trying. Will I get hurt? Only if you don’t listen to his years-of-medical-and-fitness-expertise advice. George’s workout routine is complemented by a customized and thorough meal plan which is the fundamental part of the program. I will never forget what George told me to understand the importance of a proper meal plan: “Six-packs are cooked in the kitchen…” Is six weeks truly enough? Absolutely! Expérience fantastique: I would pass by George's sign and see his claim for helping people get fit and lose weight. I've had two kids and have tried to get those extra pounds off without success. Different meal plans, gyms, trainers...the weight just wouldn't budge. I turned 40 and realized that if I don't do something now, it'll only get harder. So I signed on with George. I didn't do this easily. Because I've tried different trainers and meal plans without success in the past, I did my research on George carefully and asked him lots of questions during the introductory call. I appreciated his no-nonsense, scientific approach and his focus on health. I also appreciated his stance on wholesome foods - 'eat things that grow. eat things that eat things that grow. eat things that eat things that eat things that grow.' :) The meal plan was easy to follow. I'm not going to glorify it. It wasn't fun...I ate a lot of chicken and broccoli...but it worked! I reached my goal of dropping two dress sizes and while I'm not as disciplined as I was during my 6-week time with George, the number is still dropping. I am fitting into the clothes now that I used to wear 10 years ago, before both my kids were born!!! The biggest thing for me was the accountability factor. I really don't like food tracking, but with the app that George uses, you just need to take a picture. To clarify, if you're looking for someone warm and fuzzy who rings pom-poms along the way, George isn't your guy. But if you're looking for someone who calls it like it is, drives accountability and pushes you to be better...then George will be a good fit. Thanks, George. I'm healthy and happy :)

Expérience fantastique: Do what George says and you will see results. I loved how simple and straight forward the plan is. Meal prep was uncomplicated and fit into my busy days without a problem. George is a great trainer and his workouts are super effective. After 6 weeks I am much smaller and stronger than when I started. I’m extremely happy with my results from doing his program once and have continued it a second time. He has a lot of knowledge and the program is designed well. George got to the heart of what I needed, but also worked with me to start new habits without the feeling of "it's too hard" or "I can't do it". It did require a mindset shift, which George helped me with, to find a new focus and new goals. I was successful with a total weight loss of 22 lbs in 6 weeks! It was a program tailored specifically for me, both with the nutrition plan and the exercise program. Thank you, George! I am eternally grateful to you for helping me finally get on track and be confident again! With the 6 week program, I no longer crave super sweet and savory foods like I once did. I actually enjoy healthy options and have been able to keep up with the exercise program George taught me to maintain the weight loss, and essentially by new body and new life. Expérience fantastique: I've done 2 programs and continue to learn so much each time. George's knowledge and insight is vast. It's up to you to commit to the program(s), but if you truly follow his advice you'll see the results you are looking for. I trust George because he tells you to do your own research - his workouts don't cause any injury or pain. I've had chronic back pain since was 13 (now 35) and I never injure myself during the workout sessions. I recommend trying one of his programs for whatever your goals are.

Expérience fantastique: Years of working in film and being a gourmand has caught up to me in my early 30's. I was at my worst physical state ever and it was affecting my self confidence and also my work to some degree. I had to commit and make the change. It is a big understatement to say that George's six-week program changed my life for the better. Not only did I lose 13kg(about 29lbs) during the program and gained muscle mass and huge boost in stamina, his diet plan and the education of what causes weight change has helped me to develop a habit that will keep me healthy and fit for the rest of my life. I finished my program on August 15th and I have not gained back any weight. In fact, I lost an additional 4kg(about 8lbs) just by applying what I learned from the program into my daily diet. When I talked to my friends who are working clinical dietitians, they were skeptical of the plan and the program. But to everyone's surprise, I followed the program to the last bit of detail for six weeks and George proved everyone wrong by helping me smash a goal that I set for myself before the program. If you think that his claims of helping you lose 30lbs in six weeks is hard to believe, that is because it does sound exaggerated. But I can guarantee you, with your dedication and Goerge's guidance, you will get there just like my initially skeptical but hopeful self have. For now, I have been trying to enjoy the last bit of summer I had left after the program, but I am not letting loose. Now I get to enjoy eating good food once more, but at the same time I am applying the techniques, mentality and body hacks that I learned from George and I am constantly losing weight in the rate of roughly 1kg per week. I cannot wait to train, this time for strength and definition and not for diet, with George again starting in October. I hope that my review will encourage people to finally cut the excuses and commit to changing not only your current physical state, but your life for the better. George(and your own dedication of course,) will get you to turn your life around and then some.

Expérience fantastique: George is the only trainer that got me to where I want to be. After years of going from trainer to trainer, regular visits to the gym outside of that, counting my macros, limiting calorie intake, etc., I was still struggling to lose weight. In our first meeting, George promised me that he'll take me to my goal in 6 weeks if I listened. So I did and I have never seen the weight come off so naturally like clockwork - I don't even have to think about it. I received more than what I asked for, I feel healthiest I've been, constant energy level, not bloated or cramps during my period, abs showing at all times. I've never been more satisfied with a purchase before. Warning: George's training and nutrition plan are not for the faint of heart , best for those who want result and not waste their time.
