Expérience positive: I honestly never trained there yet myself but I do have plans on joining soon....and as far as I've seen and hear they have a really good system....because a lot of people workout and then hit that plateau affect which your body stops seeing results and because they are more about the science behind the workout you we different result than if you went to a regular gym or whatever you do...from what I know and I'm saying it's a place that you would want to join..just check his website Mitchell harquail KNH POWERHOUSE FITNESS GYM...
