Expérience fantastique: My oldest started a few years ago, followed by my second, and soon after my youngest was begging to go too. While at ASP they have developed strength but most importantly confidence. I started with the adult program a few months ago, and I am already seeing progress I never dreamed of at my age. What impresses me most, is the support and positivity. Kids cheering on other kids for their progress, and even cheering on us adults!

Expérience fantastique: ASP is a great place for athletes to develop their fitness. There is constantly positive attitudes and you will see the results from your training. The program has helped me to develop my strength and speed substantially over the nine months I have been with ASP. Vince does a great job at encouraging others and overall runs a great program!
