F45 Training Jasper Place

Expérience fantastique: I love the Jasper Place location. It’s nice and big and the trainers are amazing! They help out any way they can and push you to go to the end. All of the classes are posted on an app and you can choose which workouts you would like to do daily. They are all different, even though it switches every other day between cardio and strength days. It’s fun and physically challenging and I love starting my day with an F45 workout!

I never felt comfortable at gyms as I didn’t know what to do and it’s so nice going to F45 and getting an amazing workout and only taking 45 minutes out of your day. The workouts are different everyday and it’s designed so you can go everyday! The owners are also great people and go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend it!

Expérience fantastique: I’m loving my experience at F45 Jasper! The trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. There are many workout options and they’ve all been challenging in the best kind of way. I love that classes are 45 minutes, they’re quick but I still feel like I’ve had a great workout. This was my first attempt at indoor fitness since Covid and I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m pleasantly surprised by how safe it feels! The facility and equipment are very clean and they steam all the equipment after workouts. I would definitely recommend this F45!!

Expérience fantastique: Love the energy at F45 Jasper Place. I appreciate the coaches who know your name and say hi when you walk in. The set up is great. No mirrors and everyone works in different pods, you are working hard so you just focus on you. The classes are challenging but modifications are always available if you need them. Every class is different and has a good mix of conditioning and strength. Great mix of equipment, I love kettle bells and medicine balls! Effective and efficient session, 45 mins and your done!
