Expérience fantastique: My wife owns a fishing camp on a lake near Seeley's Bay and I was looking for a place to work out when we are up there. This place fits the bill perfectly. If you can't get a good workout in here, then you don't know how to work out. And if you don't, Karen can teach you. It has everything I need for a great workout. Well, except for dip bars but I can work around that. And the best part of all? It's right next to the beer store! It's a win/win.

Expérience fantastique: RideauFitCo is a beautiful boutique gym located in our little village of Seeley's Bay. The equipment is top of the line and the variety is enough to satisfy every level of fitness. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and very encouraging. This is a safe space to work out and perhaps meet your neighbour. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Expérience fantastique: I am happy to be apart of the RideauFit Co. family here in Seeley's Bay. Karen has created a welcoming space for all and this is truly appreciated! For me the most important thing was a smaller space where I felt safe and comfortable to make personal progress. With many different options on memberships, it's been easy to get strong again and make gains! Highly recommend checking it out for yourself.
