Expérience fantastique: Love this gym! Super welcoming atmosphere especially for beginners, Erica and the other teachers are always happy to help and take the time to find a routine/trick that’ll work for you individually. The studio is also just a very cosy spot to hang out, so many cute details and decorations.

Expérience fantastique: Erica and the instructors at Vertical Xpressions are such incredible and inspirational folks! They radiate positivity and love and this has made it such a wonderful place to explore a new skill! I've only been there for three weeks and already I have improved by leaps and bounds! It is such a great place and the classes have been so helpful and we'll structured! It is truly a gem in St. John's! It's made me feel even more at home here!

Expérience négative: I use to go to her apartment and practice pole fitness. She was always all over the place and changing direction of the class (type of class was stated before going) it was so frustrating trying to learn from her because she didn't even know what she was doing half the time. I love pole fitness and have been doing it off and on for a long time. I've had many instructors and they were all amazing except this one. Her classes would probably be best if it's just a one time thing like a bachelorette party. That's the type of environment it is. Her classes were too big and everything was inconsistent. She would make you feel bad about yourself if you couldn't do something, ignore some of the girls in class and she was really mean at times. At the beginning she was ok but as soon as something in her personal life wasn't going well or she was having a bad day, it reflected the way she taught the class. She would get overwhelmed too easily. It has been awhile since I've seen her. I have been trying to get my belongings back for a long time. She refuses. Every time I have asked for my items back, she refuses and would block me so I couldn't ask again. Hopefully she sees my message and decides to give my belongings back. I want nothing more than having nothing to do with her drama. The items there were very expensive items (4 items to be exact) and, well I need them. please return my stuff.
