Expérience positive: Get the job done! Has all the equipment needed to get a solid workout in. Only has a large bathroom as a change room.

Expérience positive: Gym is decent. Pros: -decent amount of equipment for the space. - friendly staff - all machines you would need for every muscle group. Cons: -not enough weight for higher level strength trainers (dumbbells 100lbs, most weight stacks are 170lbs) - get a bad odour once and a while because the shoe rack is pretty much in the lifting area. - lack of changing space.

Expérience négative: This is the only Gym in Deer Lake. The equipment is in good condition. However I feel the management should do something about cleanliness. Dozens of old smelly shoes laying around stinking up the place. I’d suggest they make an effort to keep the equipment and the area sanitized.

Expérience fantastique: Full gym with squat rack, bench etc. happy to have gone. Also easy entry with the FOB. Maybe a bit small but for deer lake it's perfect.
