Expérience fantastique: They just switch to a new owner. The new owner is extremely nice as well as the receptionist, Vian. The masseur is experienced as well. Strong recommend anyone to visit this place.

Expérience fantastique: I'm not huge, I'm 198 lbs. But i am pure muscle. I squat 400 lbs, I bench 200, and i deadlift 400 lbs. This place returned my call within an hour of purchasing my groupon, I arrived half an hour early and was greeted by a beautiful receptionist and we chatted pleasantly for 20 minutes before the best massage of my life. I cannot reccomend this place enough. These other reviews are either way outdated or just people who were accustomed to lesser quality massage. I work in heavy construction, I had a pinched nerve for over 6 years and saw several RMTs, none of them were near as effective. I will be coming here for a long time and referring my co workers. Freaking reviews scared me, but I couldn't be happier

Expérience positive: Started going here a month ago because my massage therapist switched to this store from their previous place. It's a small place with very basic inteiors but the beds are always clean. The receptionist who started this summer is the owner's daughter, shes friendly and nice. Jing Jing is a small lady but always delivers a great massage.

Expérience négative: LOL! Why did I not read these reviews prior to buying the Groupon? EXACTLY THE SAME SHITTY EXPERIENCE. Calling, no answer, voice mail, no call back, rescheduled, location closed for renovation, they already redeemed my Groupon over the phone, won't honour a rebook, head office won't call back. THE WORST. Feel sorry for all the rest of you people in the same boat :(

Expérience négative: Untidy, unfriendly, dirty. The reception is a huge mess, piles and piles of old magazines, light bulbs out, garbage visible and a receptionist who doesn't care. I arrived early, my massage started late but finished on time. The masseuse spent the 45min (voucher for 1hr) complaining about salary, tips and other customers, all in broken Russian. Avoid at all costs!

Expérience négative: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I bought the Groupon way back in the Spring 2014 and it is now end of August and I still have not been able to redeem my offer. I booked an appt for May 30. When I arrived, they said they cancelled my appt because their massage therapist went on leave but they never bothered to reach me to tell me. I had to reschedule for Jul 3. Due to work conflicts I called them and asked them to change my appointment to another time. They said they only had an opening for August 22nd. I went on Aug 22 and they told me they did not have me down for an appointment. I WASTED 2 WEEKDAY MORNINGS attempting to get my massage and am being sent away with NOTHING. I am going to attempt to refund this Groupon. I called their head office to complain. The person who answered said she's busy and will call me back. She did not call me back.

Expérience négative: Bought their deal on Groupon. The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Their reception had extremely terrible attitude and did not even had patience to talk to customers. When I requested to postpone my appointment politely, the reception girl said "we don't have any spot for you and you need to pay extra $15 to reschedule your appointment". As a result, I threw the voucher into a garbage can. I will NEVER ever go to Unihealth.

Expérience négative: Bought the Groupon and I can't even talk to them to make an appointment! Left voice mail and email. No response. What a rip off! Don't even deserve a one star. However, the New West location did respond to my emails but no one is answering their phone either.
