Expérience négative: À première vue, la compagnie semblait très proffessionel. Même si le prix au départ était plus cher que la compétition, nous avons quand même voulu faire affaire avec eux en raison du service qui semblait très bien. Nous avons réponses rapides à notre demande et le technicien semblait qualifié. Nous avions 800PI2 de gazon synthétique à installer pour un parc à chien et autour d'une piscine. Lors de la demande de prix, nous avons bien spécifié de calculé lus de temps étant donné que l'installation se faisait près des conduit enfoui pour la piscine. Lors de l'arrivée des travailleurs, nous avons bien répété cette consigne. Malheureusement, cette consigne n'a pas été respecter. ma piscine perd 1PO 1/2 d'eau par jour depuis l'installation. Nous avons demandé gentiment en offrant de payer une partie, à SYnx de bien vouloir nous aider avec le problème (Le gazon doit être retiré et l'installation de 0-3/4 doit être retirer en partie pour trouvé la fuite). On nous a répondu qu'ils ne font pas de réparation de conduit, gentiment de m'arranger avec mes troubles. Oh aussi, mon système de gicleur à gazon a aussi été accroché...Donc, je vais faire comme on m'a suggéré et je vais m,arranger avec mes troubles...Merci SynX..........À éviter, beaucoup de compétition moins dispendieux et avec meilleur service!

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely amazing customer service, hands down! I sent an email inquiring about rubber rolls late, at 8pm, on Dec 27 and wanted to pick up asap. Joanne replied in 38 min, told me I could pick up the next day between 10-3 and I placed my order at midnight. I received a call from Benoit at 9am saying the order was ready. Picked up and was back home by 11am. Not only has this been the best customer service during covid times but in general. The product seems to be a high quality rubber which I trimmed to fit our basement gym. I'm hoping that the durability is high as well but I honestly have no worries. Vous êtes le meilleur! Un gros merci a Benoit et Joanne!

Expérience fantastique: We are so happy with our experience. We bought their product through Lowe's and it was perfect. I also exchanged multiple emails with Patrick (the director of the company) and he told me exactly how to install the turf. He even sent samples of the different turfs free of charge when I asked for samples. Patrick's customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending Synthetic experts and their turfs to everyone!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing service from A to Z. Very good communication and knowledgeable staff. Worked with Patrick he had all the answers to all my questions. Guys who builded the basketball court were very professional on time and cleaned up everything when they were done not like other pool companies… Here is a couple of pics of the set up.

Expérience fantastique: Picked a model and colour from the website and phoned them with questions. Excellent customer service from Ben, who sent us three samples. We confirmed the colour, he sent us an invoice by email and we paid online by credit card. Curbside delivery was easy and the roll (10' x 15') was easy for two people to carry to our elevator. Very happy with the result.
