Expérience fantastique: Awesome workout! :D I was a bit skeptical at first, but I am maintaining my ideal body in less time! I used to spend 2 hours at the gym trying to figure out what I was doing, and sometimes forgetting to do certain exercises. Everything is outlined for me in a 20 min workout now and I love it. I really do feel like I'm getting a full body workout and like I said in wayyy less time than I am used to.

A retired synchro swimmer I was looking for a workout that would incorporate strength, cardio, etc. without the use of too much equipment as it's just not something I've ever gotten used to. I've finally found that ''land'' workout that's getting my body back into shape like I was in my 20's as an elite athlete. YAY! Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: This is a really cool workout experience! Initially, I though "yeah right, how is that going to work", and then I got DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) for about 5 days. This can be dialed down based on the electrical stimulation rate, but I walked in there with an ego that day haha.

Expérience fantastique: Love this workout! Super unique and interesting. I like that it trains my weaker muscles and helps balance everything. Robert is great at motivating and switching up the workouts each time. If your not sure or curious, just book a session and try it out!
