Expérience fantastique: Tonight our cubs had their year end party. It was amazing. Bren and Patrick are great with the kids. The new system is great. The new location has lots of space to hide. The kids loved it.

Expérience positive: Fun, simple place, good for kids 7-13. Any younger and they just run around,nutty,bothering others, hurting themselves, any older ,kind of boring for them. Staff are just "there". Nothing bad, just nothing special.

Expérience fantastique: My 4 year old had a painting party here and she had a blast!!! The kids also had their nails done, makeup, hair chalk. The kids were entertained the whole time of the party and everything was really well organized and setup. I’d highly recommend! All I had to do was show up with cake and snacks!

Expérience fantastique: Awesome place. Good music, high energy, really great staff who care about your success. Update: I have been doing personal training with the staff here and can say I'm super impressed with their energy, knowledge, and attitude. They regularly push me to test me limits, showing me that I can do things I'd never imagined when I started the day's session, let alone when I started getting personal training. I do have a few disagreements with the staff on some of their opinions on nutrition, particularly about the use of microwaves, but they've made it clear that they're not going to demand I follow them in their opinions or stop working with me if I don't agree. I really appreciate this as it gives me the flexibility to adapt their plans to my situation.

Expérience fantastique: This is a great place with alot to offer. From glow yoga, weights training, plyometrics, and circuit training. There is something for anyone, even the kids. There is a kids club doing a mixture of training and fun games like dodgeball and soccer.
