Expérience fantastique: I love the Howe fit family. When open and not during COVID there are a variety of Classes for everyone’s needs. During the pandemic they moved to online classes with the same intensity and variety of when they are open. It’s so nice to be able to get a workout on your own time. I’m very thankful for them changing to online during this crazy time. Every time I need my but kicked there are weight loss challenges to give you an extra push or personal trainers as well. I have worked with a variety of them and they are all pleasant and there to help. Thank you for being so versatile with the changing times. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a class based gym.

Expérience fantastique: I joined Howe fit June 2020 during the pandemic. I’ve been doing the online classes available and they’re fantastic very easy to follow, lots of variety and always a great workout. It’s a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. There’s something for everyone, at every level. Amy is very good at giving modifications in all the classes for beginners these online workouts have been a great encouragement during the pandemic and it’s motivated me to keep going I highly recommend Howe fit. I have many friends that have joined recently and are loving the programs as well

Expérience fantastique: Amy and her team are nothing short of amazing! From her macro coaching to classes everything about her and her gym are great! The people she hires are just as amazing and everyone is so welcoming and willing to help push you to your goals! I can’t wait to see how far I can be pushed, these first 8 weeks I’ve transformed so much

Expérience négative: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY-Myself and boyfriend have membership there and after we split up on May 30 I asked them to remove his membership from being taken from my account, they refused until I told them I was applying a stop payment to my account then they transferred his membership into someone else's name and told me remove the stop payment asap as a payment was coming out on June 4, I wanted confirmation that it was in fact removed so June 2 I went in, confirmed it was removed and asked to pay for my membership in full, I was told I could not as it was coming out of my account on Monday and to make sure the stop payment was removed. I called and had it removed and then Thursday received an email from them stating I owed 2 $30 for payments not going thorough one on June 1 and one on June 4, I was upset and went to facebook and posted on what to do about my situation and did not name the company but received a angry comment from the owner and 2 minutes later an even angrier phone call, she was raising her voice at me very angrily and refusing to allow me to speak and cut me off every time I did try to speak. She said I should call the bank and have them credit me the fees as it was their error, not hers and if it was her error she would be happy to waive the fee. My bank credited me the $30, but not the $30 from the June 1 charge as I had not contacted them until June 2 to remove. So I asked Howe Fit if they would waive the other $30 as they had not notified me that there would be anything coming out on June 1 and they said they would not. I said I would not pay the fee as it was their error and would come in and pay the balance owing minus the $30 fee. This was their response: "The NSF must be paid in full. You will not be able to only pay part of the total owing. If you refuse to pay the entire $125.09, this amount plus the collections fee will have to be sent off." I told them that I would come in and pay the fee minus the $30 and if they refused the payment I would leave it on the desk and take a photo of it as proof of payment. They have not responded since but I am pretty sure this is not legal and it is surely beyond unprofessional!
