Expérience fantastique: I have been training with Wayne for 8 weeks now and have seen tremendous results. Not only in my body but in my mind and spirit. Before I met Wayne I was at an all time low and in a very dark place but knew I had the strength and courage within to overcome the struggles I was facing. I just needed someone to hold me accountable and empower me to stay consistent and build my discipline muscle once again. After seeing some testimonials through his IG account and meeting with Wayne for a consultation I instantly knew he was the one to help me and guide me through the transformation my soul was yearning for. Fast forward 8 weeks and I am proud to say I am in a much better space. Physically and mentally. He offers meal plans and at home workouts on those days your not with him, he holds you accountable while lifting your spirits! If you're looking for lasting results, he’s your guy!!!
