Expérience fantastique: Best martial arts school in Sarnia. Master Jay is a really good coach. I've been training taekwondo for the past 12 years now and I'd say Master Jay has one of the best training programs, and most importantly he is a very friendly and humble person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Taekwondo, grappling, boxing, striking, ground game for sure. Master Jay is amazing with kids. He gets down to thier level and they really take to him and listen to him well. My Son went from being easily distracted, low self-esteem, not listening very well, to being way more focused, concentrated, proactive, very confident and strong inside and out. And the same results for me. You will connect with Master Jay as he is a better person, more knowledgeable, and better skilled than the competition. He is also funny, and makes it fun for the kids too.
