Expérience positive: Just passing through and needed a shower and decided to work out too. Not the most friendly or welcoming front person. Asked about the steam room but was out fo service so I asked for a discount and none was offered by the manager. Decent weight equipment and workout areas but lots of dust on the window sils and the mens bathroom was not very clean and in of some repairs. A little pride in the facility and some better people skills from the staff could go a long way to getting those coveted 5 star reviews. I would go back if I had to.

Expérience négative: By far the most terrible customer service I’ve experienced. Came in to work out. Paid the high drop in fee and with in secounds of receiving my change. I decided I would buy a month memebership instead. I hadnt even taken the change off the counter when I ask to purchase a month membership instead to which I was told they couldn’t refund the Dropin. I hadn’t used their services or even left the front desk. I ask if they could discount the month fee by the cost of the drop in she rudely told me no refunds. If I wanted to purchase a month memembership I would just have to pay the full price and lose my drop in fee. I was so frustrated I walked out. There’s no way i will ever return. I’m working in town for 6 months and was willing to pay for membership but not after that. If your the owner of this business and reading this i suggest making exception in policies.

Expérience négative: Dated equipment and overpriced, obviously banking on the lack of options in town.

Expérience positive: I come almost every day the gym is clean The staff are friendly. Only one thing the men room does not have a proper hand drayer or paper towel

Expérience fantastique: I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this gym. Excellent equipment, good atmosphere, and centrally located in town.

Expérience positive: Good mix of equipment, friendly staff. Decent gym, especially for a smaller town.
