Expérience négative: Worst possible last mile delivery service. Showed up EARLIER THAN THE DELIVERY WINDOW at the WRONG ADDRESS and then decide to just drive away when we go downstairs to open the door for the delivery guy. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Expérience négative: Delivery workers caused damage to our property. They sent out a trade to rectify the damage who just made it worse. The quote we got to fix what they damaged was to the tune of $1250 and at the end we had to accept a $250 settlement because that’s all they were willing to provide. Absolutely the worse, I would not purchase a Costco appliance again just so this company doesn’t have a reason to be on my property.
Expérience négative: These delivery guys tried every possible excuse not to deliver my large package. The whole reason I had it delivered was because I needed the helping hand to get it into the house, they refused and said they wouldn't even leave it on my driveway. I was there in person. Provided many alternative options for them. In the end, horrible experience. And big waste of time and money.
Expérience négative: It boggles my mind that this company has reviews over one star. I’d give negative if I could. They lie and are unwilling to actually deliver - you know, what their job is. Costco had got to stop using this company. After three “tries” to deliver we cancelled the order and will be buying from somewhere else. Do not use this company!

Expérience fantastique: I had an order from Shoppers that was delivered via this company. Originally they couldn't get into the building because I was unavailable to let them in. The delivery guy called me the next day, saying he will arrive shortly. I gave him the code to get in and asked him to place my package in a secure locker, and he did just as I asked. Seems trivial, but these days it calls for a 5-star review lol
Expérience négative: I had a highly disappointing experience with this delivery service. The driver called, informing me that he would arrive in five minutes and only wait for 15 minutes. I arrived within 10 minutes, with verified proof from my home security system. However, the driver failed to answer my calls. What made this experience even worse was when I reached out to their customer service. Instead of addressing my concerns, the supervisor was dismissive and mocked my situation, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect. If this is the standard of behavior at the supervisory level, it reflects poorly on the entire team. I strongly urge improvements in staff training and accountability for a more professional customer experience.
Expérience négative: Worst service. Negative rating for this company. Cancelled my order to Costco because of the inability to deliver and poor quality customer service of this company. Recommended to Costco to ditch them. We have waited the whole day for the delivery. We are at home the whole time but they only waited for 15 mins when we missed their call. They left without even attempting to enter the building and knock to our unit. Btw, Amazon can leave parcel on our door front without problem. Worst dispatcher and worst customer service. I would definitely not buy from any store that use this company as delivery service.
Expérience négative: Brought a costco appliance, I left cables in the wall for them to hook up to the new appliance. They leave and say someone is coming back to install, no one shows up. I call, the company says old appliance was still connected, that's a lie, even took the door off for them to get the disconnected out as well. Assumed they would connect new appliance into old cables instead they don't say anything, lie, and leave the new Machine in my living room. This is not a good company.

Expérience fantastique: I would like to share my good experience with how this particular driver of E24 (Metro Supply Chain) goes all the way to deliver my package to me today. The package which I ordered online from Shoppers DrugMart, using the shipping address provided by Shoppers DrugMart, is to be delivered to the Canada Post inside the Shoppers DrugMart store. But Shoppers Drugmart used E24 instead of Canada Post to make the delivery, which I have filed a complaint for the error made. I was worried where would my package go. I was out of home doing my fitness class in a community centre in the morning. At the end of my fitness class, I received a call from E24 driver that he's waiting outside of Shoppers DrugMart store, as obviously he has no access to deliver my package to Canada Post in the store. He's so super kind that he can meet me outside the community centre to complete the delivery, which is not too far from Shoppers DrugMart. In the end, I got my package, YEAH!!! I truly appreciate the kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication of this particular E24 driver. Without his dedication to his work, I could have gone through a tedious and long waiting process of re-shipping my package because of the error made by Shoppers DrugMart.
Expérience négative: hello, twice my parcel was delivered during the day during my working hours when I was at work, I told the courier that I could only pick it up in the evening, asked to leave it at the door or pick it up myself in the office, to which I received a vague refusal, today I specially arrived home early, but my parcel In the morning the courier has tracking but still no courier! terrible service with the inability to pick up your parcel or contact the support office in any way

Expérience fantastique: They came promptly when they said they would. And were done with unboxing & assembly in no time.
Expérience négative: Online chat, email, and delivery team do not communicate and all giving a different story. Seems like a systemic issue to maximize unnecessary delays. Will not use them if given a choice.
Expérience négative: Had to get my ikea package rescheduled 3 times because these guys don't knock or call. The driver kept going to the apartment beside us which is still being built Didn't even bother to look to his right where our place is. Clearly lack of effort or care. Place needs to shut down
