Expérience fantastique: Transcend yoga is a jewel. A very clean, thoughtfully decorated, peaceful yoga studio. The owner is amazing to work with. Strathmore is very fortunate to have such a wonderful yoga establishment in the community.

Expérience fantastique: I was incredibly excited when I found mom and baby yoga so close to home. This winter session with Carla has been a highlight of each week for me. She is so in tune with all of us moms and pushes the class to just where I need. She incorporates babes into poses and really creates a fulfilling hour. We will definitely look for the next session once this one comes to a sad end. The studio space is also super cute and cozy, we love transcend and Carla.

Expérience fantastique: I have been having an amazing time doing the Winter Baby + Me classes with Carla. She is an excellent instructor and great at incorporating baby into the positions. It’s been wonderful bonding time with my new baby too! Highly recommend!
