Expérience fantastique: I participated in the 8 week Hike Ready Program, to get ready to challenge Mt Katahdin in Baxter State Park, Maine. I just returned from successfully completing this hike. The terrain was rocky and steep, with parts of the trail taken over by a re-directed brook. I was well prepared, especially for the extended steps up and down. And I'm especially happy to report that the day after, I'm not stiff or sore, with just a hint that I had a strenuous hike. Thanks Alecia!

Expérience fantastique: Did the 8 week hike prep course before tackling the West Coast Trail July 30-Aug 5. So glad we did the course. Alecia brings great energy to the workouts and it made our trip that much more enjoyable being stronger and better prepared!

Expérience fantastique: The 30-day mobility challenge is amazing. Every day I got a 6min video to follow along and even when I didn’t think I could fit it in, I was able to. Alecia was very responsive and even sent me a couple tailored mobility workouts I could do while I was on a backpacking trip. I would highly recommend signing up for this challenge with Wildr.

Expérience fantastique: I did Wildr's 8-week Prep for Hiking program at the beginning of the summer and it was the best decision I have ever made! I had a lot of backcountry trips planned and I was struggling to trust that my body could keep up. Alecia's dedication to my fitness goals was inspiring! Getting into good habits around moving my body in consistent ways and her curated program helped me have an incredible summer! Was the Rockwall trip still tough - yes! Expérience fantastique: I love this gym. There is no fluff. Just the equipment you need and excellent, personalized coaching. Training here is great way to focus on what you need to do in a supportive, judgment free environment. You can do zenned out mobility work or blare heavy metal with your shirt off. Thanks for creating such a incredible space and contributing so much to the local community!
Expérience fantastique: Alecia at WILDR provides excellent training. Her videos are helpful, specific and challenging. Her programs are organized and easily accessible; it was very convenient getting daily emails. The 30 day mobility kick start was an amazing program that I would recommend to anyone looking to get into fitness or use as warm ups for current training programs.

Expérience fantastique: Shake up your idea of a conventional gym and step into an outdoor minded approach. Alecia Williams works hard on getting her clients fit for out there. We run trails, cross train in winter and smile a whole lot. This is the greatest fitness experience I have ever had and it continues to suprise and challenge me!
