Expérience fantastique: 10/10! This is hands down the best gym in 100 Mile House! It has all-new gym equipment. It is clean, organized, has very friendly staff, and is conveniently located on the main strip. What more can you ask for in a gym? I recently stayed in 100 Mile for a couple of months, and finding a gym to keep a routine is so important. This was my daily go-to and lifesaver! I definitely miss coming here every day! ❤️

Expérience fantastique: This gym is top teir. Everything is brand new. It's got what you need to get built, not just treadmills and ellipticals, tho it's got a couple of those too if that's your jam. Free weights, squat rack, stand up and lay down tanning massage equipment, and a local bakery right below it for a sandwich after. Perfect. Can't wait to start lifting here.
