Expérience négative: Fit4less is truly one of the gyms of all time. No water fountains, overcrowded, the price isn't even good. (LA fitness charges the same with better perks). There's no difference between the black and regular memberships. It's all a money grab. Enshittification at its finest.

Expérience positive: Best value for money gym. All the equipment is of good quality and in great condition. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Love the self-service 24*7 massage facilities. Although the washrooms could use more regular cleaning.

Expérience négative: Staff is lazy. They pretend to sweep the floors and hide out in the office they have at front desk. Massage beds/chairs are always broken too. Ever since they allowed anyone with a key card to tap on it, people have just been abusing the machine like it's their personal machine from home, sleeping on it and everything while others are waiting for their turn. Also no way to contact the owner or customer service staff at this location to talk about these issues. All owner ever replies back with is, "please dm us".

Expérience négative: Absolutely terrible place , never go to any fit4less unless you want to be waiting in long line ups. This garbage gym is overpacked even at times like 10pm-12am it’s somehow getting even more busier ☠️☠️☠️☠️ a lot of machines don’t work , the blackcard private room is also full, The place is disgusting people don’t clean up after themselves either. Genuinely stay away and don’t waste ur money on this gloryhole of place i wish i could cancel my black cards but my siblings use it and it’s the only near by gym that’s at a reasonable price.

Expérience négative: Honestly some of the staff are very young and not really aware of what they say. I wanted to downgrade my membership and was still charged the upgraded membership. Spoke to the manager through email who responded and did not really fix anything. And I am still getting charged the upgraded price. No one answers the phone. Frustrating to get anything done

Expérience négative: The 2 stars I gave to this place is because it is close to my house and one of the guys that works there is nice. Having said this, the machines are disgusting; they never clean them, the washroom are really messed, and the floors are dirty most of the time. They usually run out of paper towel or forget to replenish it. The guys working here should be more consistent with the maintenance of this place instead of being on their phones or just sitting in their office doing nothing.

Expérience négative: I’m giving this gym two stars only because it’s conveniently close to me. However, many pieces of equipment have been broken for almost three months and still haven’t been fixed. The cleaning method they use only covers the surface, leaving the machines and the areas underneath them dirty. Most of the paper towel dispensers are empty, and the staff are often on their phones instead of addressing these issues.

Expérience négative: This location is terrible. The staff that work Monday through Friday are 99% of the time late coming to work at 7am. They don't show up till 7:10, 7:15, 7:20. This happens 99% of the time and is ridiculous!!! The manager needs to do something. Smarten up and hire people that can actually show up to work on time!!!!!! They are NEVER on time for the start of their "staffed hours" shift.. I have a work schedule I need to work out around and because they are NEVER on time I end up not being able to use the massage and tanning which I'm paying extra for. They also stop letting you use them well before the staffed hours end.

Expérience négative: Hi, I had a black card and I asked to downgrade the card since I am not using the extra facilities that much. It's been almost 2 months and they are still taking the same amount from my account. I did email the manager about reimbursement and still no change. I would be canceling the membership if this continues.

Expérience positive: The front desk staff man was not very polite. The machines are fine but kind of outdated. If you are in a rush it’s fine.

Expérience négative: What a Trash place, where’s the water fountain, I often see people filling water from washroom sinks. Machines are ok, staff will make you wait 20 min before assisting you cuz they need to use the phone.

One card 5 people enter. And there this group of people who yell out while doing boxing and perform stunts. Half of the machines are always on maintenance so you can't use them. On top of that dumbbells and weights are always on the floor.

Expérience négative: I stopped going to this gym a long time ago because I hate it. It’s not comfortable, they don’t have much options as the other gyms and it was dirty a lot at times. I forgot to cancel before the renewal and now I have to pay $100 (including the annual fee) for a gym that I haven’t been to in over 5 months because they need 30 days notice. Even though I haven’t been in over 150 days maybe more. DONT sign up here you will be disappointed.

Expérience négative: Unfortunately, we waited for someone to let us in so we can sign up for a membership, but the employee at the desk just looked at us and continued to make us wait outside of the revolving door, while he spoke to a member. Maybe other locations are better but this one didn't feel welcoming.

Expérience positive: Value for money- the cheapest gym membership you can have. Problem is it gets too crowded and landing up post 6 pm- you spend a lot of time waiting for the weights or the machines. Also having a black card membership that gives u access to unlimited massage chair access- you again have to wait and the separate work out room for the black card membership- doesn't have much to offer- so you again land up in the general area to continue your workout.

Expérience négative: The employees lack customer service skills. I can’t even call this location because their phone is always down/ not in service. Even when I go into the gym, rarely is there anyone at the front and desk or employees on their phone/ not paying attention and I have to stand there waiting. This gym has no standards in terms of how to deal with customer inquiry or complaints, makes you wait 10 minutes for what I’m assuming is your manager to walk back and forth for him to tell another employee in front of me that they can’t do anything about my membership. How does a franchise not have a general customer service line or an email and do not ask me to DM any socials channels because I have and no one has gotten back to me.

Expérience positive: No one ever picks up the phone call. I tried to cancel my membership so I went there in-person, but no one was at the reception. I tried to call later and was told by the system message to call again, again, and again… there’s no way to leave a voice message either.

Expérience positive: Great gym affordable varies locations to pick, only problem is the occasional broke machines the repaired times is uncertain.

Expérience négative: The black card workout area has been in maintenance (cleaning) for weeks now. What's the point in paying extra if we can't access the area ? Plus how long is it going to take to clean the area ? Pathetic!!

Expérience négative: There is no tissue paper at the gym to sanitize the workout machine. None follows any cleaning procedures. People should know that, it is easy to get disease here. Please take some action about the tissue paper.

Expérience négative: The front kiosk ran out of new membership cards, so do not buy membership until they fix this issue. Bought membership last Sunday, still did not get my card after 5 days.

Expérience négative: Membership in this gym is the worst thing I ever did. They hide all sorts of bills they have to collect from you in their agreement policy. I opted to cancel and they said they will cancel in 30days and will still deduct money from my account within those 30days. No I want to cancel today. It’s like a trap they set for people on sign up. They don’t send receipts until you request it. This is Canada, I have never experienced this kind of stuff before.

There’s no redeeming factors, the bathrooms usually gross and there’s pretty much always 10000 people. they also have never cleaned the mirrors I don’t think since the opened.

Expérience positive: The location has drastically improved. Equipment still takes a while to be fixed, but the issue has improved a lot

Expérience positive: The second it hits 7am this gym is already half full or more until 11pm. It has a good amount of equipment but it leans heavily on the cardio machines. It doesn't have a water fountain and the washroom always has a weird smell but other than that it's not a bad gym at all. Two massage beds, four massage chairs, a lot of weights and gym equipment. I would still recommend it.

Expérience négative: I have been to multiple Fit4less locations. The membership price is affordable and that explains overcrowding at certain times. However, the cleanliness in this location is a concern. Men’s washroom is not worth using at all, it smells so bad. I hope the management takes some action. Otherwise the location is pretty good.

Expérience fantastique: I don’t understand why this fit4less is not rated higher because this location is hands down the best one I’ve been to. There’s a lot of equipment; all of them in good condition, don’t need to wait that long for a machine even when it gets really busy (and it’s usually busy). I really appreciate the staff here always actively trying to keep the gym clean and putting the weights in their right place. I work out here quite often and whenever I come, it’s usually clean. Washrooms well stocked, and pretty clean. I have the black card and I go to other locations as well depending on where I am at the time. But I don’t go to them often and always find myself at this location just because of how many machines there and how clean it is. This location needs more recognition in my opinion.

Expérience négative: It's been 3 years now I've been going to this place and at first it was really nice and clean covid come and gone and the place is filthy now the only reason why I still go there is because it's the closest gym to me what is going on with this place there's no manager there to speak to in person the floor is so mucky underneath the machines are mucky sometime I have to take a paper towel and clean the spot where I'm working and I'm not talking the machines I'm talking the actual floor between the machines I upgrade to the small room to see if it was any better and it's not it is filthy you guys need to clean it so for that I had to leave early today because I could not take the dust that was in the gym disgusting ‼️

Expérience positive: Its a good gym. has everything you need. No water fountain which is kind of annoying to have to fill up your bottle in the bathroom.. staff are helpful. Kevin is dope, hes super approachable. Overall you have to know that its not goodlife.. its a lower quality gym so have less expectations and youll be happy.

Expérience négative: Well first off 70% of the people come here to check insta reels or whatever on their cell phones all the while making people who come to do actual workout wait for the equipments. Second, there are people who don’t understand the concept of re-racking (this is quite disrespectful). Third, and then there are people who will take out your stuff from your locker empty the wallet in your bag that was in the locker and then leave it at the counter. I was robbed at this very branch on 2nd March 2024 and wish to find out the person who did so that I can give some piece of my mind to the gentleman. (Pardon my language) but it is what it is!

Expérience positive: The price is fair and it's open 24 hours, so you can go whenever you'd like. They pretty much have all the weights and machines you'll need for a good workout. My only complaint is that it's not always the cleanest and the paper towels aren't always refilled when needed.

Expérience fantastique: ill say ive been going to this place for almost an hour year and i get it sometimes the place looks a messed but not like other fit for less ive been to ill say this is one of my favourite the staff is very accommodating to your needs if you ask right and i saw in a comment below about the place being disgusting if they had to walk behind every person that didnt put back the dumbbells im sure it would be very tiring on their part the place is clean i see when they come in the morning and clean the gym and put back the equipment. On maintenance we should be talking about the people that finish using the equipment and just leave the weights on the machine or the equipment on the place this is our gym i believe everyone is responsible for keeping it clean its not like we are spending a 1000 a month if i was paying a thousand a month id want a manicure pedicure massage you name it but we only paying 15/month to use these equipment so yeah anyways happy Friday pll

Expérience positive: To start with the positives, This location offers all the basics for working out. With an affordable price, you can definitely get a good sweat in. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and alot of the regulars are friendly aswell. It's decently clean and the ambiance is judgement free and quite comfortable. Unfortunately, it is crowded most of the time. This is especially true if you plan on using equipments such as the squat rack or smith machine. I've tried coming at many different times, but it's a hit or miss when the equipment will be free to use. A smaller detail that's just personal preference is the height of the footplate on the leg press machine. It would be a nice upgrade to have a machine with a larger footplate to allow for more range of foot placements to target different muscle groups. Similarly, because I'm a shorter woman it would be nice to have a seated leg press machine that allows for a larger range of motion so I could get a deeper press. Overall it's a solid gym. Sadly, I am considering switching gyms because of the equipment I want to use often being busy.

Expérience positive: A water fountain would be a nice addition. It doesn’t make sense providing a space for physical exercise yet no hydration. The faculty itself is nice, majority of the machines are in good condition. The regulars are nice, overall it’s a good place to work out. The unstaffed hours are a bit interesting. There should be a number, or someone on call just in case there’s a door that needs to be unlocked or something that only a staff member would be able to do.

I like this one because people really care about you I made few friends who said where have you been for weeks we were worried we didn’t see you are you ok ? And that’s really nice. Not extra clean though I go to the washroom when I really need to pee. But the machines are alright. They break as every gym but it takes some time to fix it so you wait or do other exercises. Great location inside the mall downstairs. Beautiful girls I will give them that lol.

Despite all their effort, alot of gym goers with the worst gym etiquette keep equipment all over the place and never re rack them, AND THE PLACES STINKS SO BAD AT CERTAIN HOURS. I pretty sure you know why. It is so bad that i drive a little far for a better experience at another fit4less. I understand every business has to make profit but it is time to cancel some memberships at this location. Not coming back here

Expérience négative: I started workouts with fit4less from Peterborough, and here in Scarborough it's messy and not clean environment no wiping towels refilled no wifi nothing just pay and wait 60min to get your first machine. If I need a massage I need to literally beg with my premium membership see literally it's a highest payed membership.

Expérience négative: Too many people in the evening, need to wait half an hour or more sometimes for equipment. Some people just stick to the equipment for more than half an hour and do not respect other people's time. waste of money to spend on black card, as it does not help in any way. The staff does not even checks on that. Why can't they just put appointments in the evenings? Washroom is terrible, smells a lot. No maintenance/ cleaning at all.

Expérience positive: The morning manager Kaiden is extremely professional and hard working and takes a lot of pride in the facility, some good old fashion work ethics.

Expérience fantastique: At this price we cannot ask for more, it’s just perfect. I’m a black card member and I can say that I’m very much satisfied with all the amenities included in the package. Best part is you get a different room altogether with - 2 squat racks, a cable pulley machine, whole set of dumbbells starting from 5lbs to 100lbs and Ez bar rack. It is crowded at peak hours, but if you’re a gym freak you know how it works

Expérience négative: The service of this location is terrible. The Indian students stop people at the door and ask them to let their friends in using their cards. The students asked me three times, and I said no to them. I told people working at the Gym to find a solution to this problem because it is unsafe. The lady who works at the Gym said yes, we know this happens and ignored me.

Expérience négative: I requested cancellation since the day I joined. It’s been 3 months they are still charging me. I call every week and they say no record of calls or cancellation requests. Staff is not supportive at all and no customer service. Worst gym I have ever been to
