Expérience fantastique: I have been going for 4 weeks consistently now and have dropped 10 pounds. For any men out there and athletes in training, you should know that Spin is legit… I wish I had this when I was training in wrestling. My wife Teri’s spin and core Wednesday mornings is the best!
