Expérience fantastique: Great studio space and the owner, Jenn, is awesome - challenging and pushes you but also supportive and kind. I started working out here almost 2 years post partum with very little weight training experience. Jenn made me feel comfortable getting back into a fitness routine and is helping me realize how strong and capable I am. Highly recommend!
Expérience fantastique: Best gym I have ever been to, hands down. Jen provides fun and challenging workouts each day. I have been bringing my baby since she was four months old. Jen will go as far as to hold her while I workout if she is fussy! The gym is very clean, great selection of equipment. Just an all around great place where you can feel supported in reaching your postpartum (and non postpartum!) fitness goals. Highly recommend.
Expérience fantastique: Jen's classes are amazing! I've been coming with my baby for several weeks and it's great to do a tough workout postpartum with Jen's guidance, and my little guy is highly entertained during the classes.
Expérience fantastique: I met Jen a few months after having my first baby. I was looking for a way to get out, exercise and meet other new moms. I started out a few days a week and soon made the mom & baby class my daily routine. I was getting into shape both physically and mentally. Jen is so encouraging and supports the needs of all moms in the classes, holding the babies, keeping them safe and giving us a comfortable space to be ourselves. Now 10+ years later this routine is still very important to me. I look forward to the classes, her pushing us hard in trying to achieve new personal bests. I have met some amazing women with whom I share the love of fitness. This studio is a hidden gem in the junction and would highly recommend to all women looking to make fitness a part of their regular routines!
Expérience fantastique: I’ve been working out at Jen’s gym for 8 years now. Jen is a caring and helpful trainer who is passionate about her clients achieving their personal best. She has created a positive space for women who want to enjoy a great workout while being supported by a community of strong and kind women. You will be motivated to attend her classes not just by the post workout endorphins, but also from the many conversations and laughs you will share with Jen and the others in your class. Jen offers a variety of classes which cater to all different lifestyles with early morning and later evening and weekend classes. She knows each of her clients well and pushes them to always work harder and achieve greater gains. She has a variety of weights, cardio machines and other equipment always changes things up to keep you on your toes! Her facilities are bright, open and always spotlessly clean too. If you want a killer workout and you want to have fun doing it, Jen and Queens fitness if the gym for you!
Expérience négative: I find it really uncomfortable how much time Jenn, the owner, spends complaining about how she hates homeless people during sessions. Everyone has their opinions, but fitness classes aren't the place to air your grievances about social issues. Unprofessional.
I do not have you listed as a person who has ever been inside of my studio so I have no idea who you are. In any case, I would never nor have I ever said that I “hate homeless people”.
Expérience fantastique: Lovely community and excellent instruction! Jen provides lot of personal attention and helps to figure out weights and scaling options based on your needs. I am a total newbie and super out of shape, but I find the training to be very approachable, and the supportive environment makes it so much less intimidating. If I can do it, anyone can. This is the best gym experience I've had in my life.

The workouts are challenging and change every day. I did the Mom & Baby classes, and working out with Jen, I saw awesome results in just a few months. Can't say enough good things about Jen and the women at Queens Fitness!
