UFA Ving Tsun Martial Arts Institute, home of the Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kuen Hok Association of Canada (WSLVT Canada), was founded in 2007 and continues to provide professional instruction in Chinese Kung Fu and Self Defense known as Ving Tsun (Wing Chun).
Summer is swiftly approaching and you want your kids to stay active with fun activities throughout the upcoming months. Kids Kung Fu Summer program at UFA Ving Tsun is a great way to implement fun and focus into their daily schedule!
Children will have the opportunity to apply all of their hard work via a fun, engaging and enjoyable atmosphere. At varying developmental stages, they will focus on improving fine and gross motor skills as young and thriving martial artists.
Our Kids Kung Fu program creates a safe learning environment so that all students, regardless of age and size, get the most out of their training. Kids Kung Fu at UFA Ving Tsun empowers your child to keep healthy and fit!
Kung Fu is great for kids. We offer a kids program that will provide many skills for your child. They will make new friends, build confidence, focus, attitude while staying active and having lots of fun. Learn more by visiting our kids classes.
The frequency of your Kung Fu training depends on your goals and availability. To see consistent progress, we recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week. This allows you to develop a solid foundation. As you advance, you might choose to train more frequently. Remember, consistency and dedication are key to improving in Kung Fu, so find a schedule that works for you and stick with it.

Expérience fantastique: Great place to train your kids and give them confidence
Expérience négative: Classes are good but money wise it seems to be Rip off,charging ~ $200 monthly and they follow school/province calendar for holidays.every time there is holidays they are off too which is OK but whenever there is school break institute CANCEL classes for entire week and there is no Make up class or deduction in monthly fee which they charged. Plus along with monthly fee they charge Yearly enrollment fees too.

Expérience fantastique: We decided to bring our five-year-old daughter to kung fu training to help her learn self-confidence and how to protect herself. We highly recommend Ving Tsun! Sifu is understanding and a great teacher. The place is very clean and orderly. My daughter is always excited to train with Sifu every week, and that's important to us. That was four years ago, and she is still going!

Expérience fantastique: Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere to learn Kung Fu. Open to both children all the way to adults. Sifu and his team are experts and extremely supporting when it comes to learning the correct way. They encourage everyone to try some classes before you sign up as they are confident you’ll enjoy the experience. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to learn martial arts while getting a good workout in! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!

Expérience fantastique: Great school! Sifu is a very honest and kind person. Takes the time to know his students, identify where they need improvement and is an all around great teacher. They like to have fun, at the same time very traditional and serious. Highly recommend! Don't be shy, drop by for a free class!

Expérience fantastique: Love this! It's the perfect martial art for any age and all fitness levels (it will also get you fit!). Instructors are kind and motivating. Other students are also so supportive, like a family. I recommend this to anyone! The martial art itself is simple in principle but mentally challenging like a chess game of physical movement. Very fun and practical.
Expérience fantastique: Very good! Has nice program for kids to go. Trust me, as a kid, i see a lot of kids there. Kids can learn kung fu for a pretty fair /medium price.
Expérience positive: I am a brown belt at UFA, and it is a great way to get fit, learn self defence and get fit. The instructors are very supportive and kind, i recomend you try it. The only downside- Its expensivel
