We are a not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors made up of parents, coaches and community members. We provide a variety of gymnastics, fitness & health classes.

We are just starting re registration for term 2. We are holding a short 6 week term. We have updated all numbers in the square. We will be doing open registration starting November 25th.

The term will run starting December 3rd, closed December 22nd to January 7th for Christmas break then running 3 weeks in January from the 7th until the 25th.

There will be an opportunity to register for Term 2 classes in person at the front desk on Tuesday, November 21st from 4-7pm and Thursday, November 23rd from 4-7pm.

Current Term 1 members have the option to re-register for Term 2 in their current class before open registration begins. This is the only way to secure your space for Term 2 classes.

Each class warms up together in fun active play then breaks to age groups to practice on gymnastics equipment with certified coaches. For all school aged athletes.

Is your athlete ready for the next step in their gymnastics? Our 2 hour per week advanced classes will focus on technique and strength while learning new skills.

Our experienced coach will help your athlete learn the technique required for competitive level gymnastics while building strength, flexibility, and a more advanced skill set.
