Our New Facility is centrally located with easy access from all areas of Kitchener and Waterloo. Our 28,000 sq. ft facility is located at 69 Agnes St. in Kitchener, ON. We have 16,200 sq ft of pro style turf. Our training centre now has multiple rooms. Room one: 8 retractable tunnels 62ft long x 15ft wide x 16ft high. Room two: 2 retractable tunnels 55ft long x 12 feet wide x 16ft high. HitTrax tunnel 75ft long x 15ft wide x 16 ft high and 3 pro grade clay mounds.

Expérience négative: Been trying to contact for weeks trying to get my son pitching lesson never answer the phone or answer messages
Expérience fantastique: Had a great experience at Athlete Factory. Me and my 7 year old son spent an hour hitting balls in one of their batting cages. The pitching machines are able to lob pitches slowly so that my son could get more comfortable swinging and building up his confidence. The owner, Chris, was also super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back again soon!
Expérience négative: The place does not exist anymore. They have "blue chip sports training" instead and the door was locked when I tried to get in to ask questions. They have the same phone number but one picked up. I tired calling multiple times this week with no luck
Expérience fantastique: The facility is really nicely laid out, equipment is in good shape and the owner is a stand up guy who went out of his way to fix a problem.
Expérience négative: Was a bit of challenge finding the correct door at the back of building. The first time I walked in there was no one at desk nor did I find a staff easily. It is a converted warehouse so a bit dingy. Can't speak to other facilities but the basketball gym does not have wooden floor - rather a grated/gridded kind of plastic mat. Do not dive after loose balls!
Hello Douglas, thanks for taking the time to visit the Factory. We strive to be a multi sport facility for teams and the public. We choose to repurpose old manufacturing / warehouse space and to keep the Factory feel and atmosphere. The sport court floor you speak about allows us to play all sports Eg. Basketball, badminton, Pickleball, dodgeball Futsal, and as a bonus floor hockey which can’t be done on a wood floor without damaging it. We have several youth and adult programs / leagues Birthday and Corporate parties that make use of that space. Now that you found us. We hope to see back at the Factory again soon.

Expérience fantastique: A great place to practice. Took my daughter here the night before the championship game. The facility was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were helpful and very nice. Place was clean and had a huge supply of softballs to use. They always have a summer deal when you can use the tunnels for just $20/hour which is a great price for the quality you get. P.S my daughter's team won the championship. Thanks Athlete Factory. You guys rock!!!

Expérience positive: If you wanna get serious about competing with playball, get some auto pitching machines
Expérience fantastique: Great facility, staff/owners are fantastic guys. Spent 2 hours there today with the kids. Great tunnels for batting and pitching practice! A game of pickle ball afterwards.. had to drag the boys out! We will definitely be back!!
