Expérience négative: Management at this studio is impossible to reach. No return of phone calls, social media inquires and or emails. Very unprofessional, and lack in customer service.
Hi Pat, Our apologies if we didn't respond to your attempts to contact us. However, I'm wondering if you are leaving a comment for the correct studio as we are pretty good with respect to responding to potential customers. Also, just to make sure, I've just checked our FB messenger, twitter, Instagram, our email account and our studio voice mail and there are no unreturned or new messages from anyone. We are not seeing or aware of any contact from you at all. Kindly make sure that this review is for our company and revise if it's not. Expérience négative: This place deserves NEGATIVE 50 stars. Here's why: Friends and I found a Groupon for this place - 3 dance lessons for $25. We sign up for a K-POP 9 AM Saturday class. We get there 15min prior, and the place doesn't open until 10AM. Sketch? I think so. Why have these schedules on your website when your business hours don't even match up? Also, leading up to that Saturday, my friend and I kept calling them throughout the week merely to confirm our Groupon booking. We never got a hold of anybody.
Hi Marjolaine, My apologies for the listed schedule of Kpop on Saturday morning. However, our process is that people wanting to attend would call us and confirm attendance ( as described on the Groupon ad ). You mentioned that you did call but we have no messages as such. We endeavor to answer calls when we're able but if not, you are welcome to leave a message which we would return. We even get an email with the voice message. We have the schedule listed with Kpop on Saturday morning to hold the spot for when we accumulated a minimum number of students to begin the class. So far we've informed everyone who has called about the Groupon deal how the scheduling works. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your friends. Feel free to give us a call ( and please leave a message if we do not answer as we don't have a full time receptionist ) and we can discuss the class and schedule. Expérience fantastique: I've had the pleasure trying out this studio's programs, and it truly is an all in one experience for the "Mind Body and Soul"!! Omar is an amazing dance instructor, very friendly and enthusiastic which makes every session so much fun! I am a member of their new KARATE and ARNIS (filipino martial arts) club, I can definitely say that the instructors teach with great passion and I enjoy training in such an inspiring environment. And for REJUVENATION, they have a new massage therapist named Dana, who also does osteopathy. She helped me relieve muscle soreness and back pain that I had for a while now. I am very thankful for her miraculous hands and will definitely go back to her. Highly recommended, make sure to check it out! <3

Expérience fantastique: I have taken Salsa, Bachata, Belly Dancing and Zumba here. I really enjoyed each experience. The instructors are professional and knowledgable. That's why I keep coming back and trying new classes. I would highly recommend.
